Primal desire

Hi, I'm Ren. I'm 15, I come from a huge family, at least that's what I tell everyone that doesn't know my secret. I'm a werewolf. Everyone in my pack has a wolf and can shift whenever they want. I think it's amazing, but I am scared of my first shift. My friends that are older than me have told me that it hurts, but in the long run it's worth it, because you get a life long best friend and you get to find your soulmate that will love you no mate what. P.O.V. Ren “Ren, you need to get your ass up and get your ass to school cause i am not driving you again” my older sister yells from outside of my room waking me up. “I was having a very good dream… now i can't remember it” i grumble under my breath as i get out of bed and head for my closet. I grab my favorite T-shirt and ripped jeans and make my way to my bathroom. I turn the water on before pulling my three sizes too big shirt off and climb in. I put my head back letting the hot water run over my body. I'm not skinny by any means but I'm not fat either. I have long purple hair that goes to my butt. I know what you're thinking of dyed hair, but I love the color purple. The only downside to it is that I have to touch up my roots every few weeks. I start to wash my hair with my rose shampoo and conditioner. I climb out after I'm done and start getting dressed. I walk out and grab my knee high black boots and slide them onto my feet, I walk back into my bathroom and start to blow dry my hair once dry. I grab my make and apply foundation, eyeliner and mascara and red lipstick to end the look. I admire myself until I hear my sister yell at me again, this time as she opens my door. “You better be up kid...o you are...are you ready to go?” she asks shocked it didn't take much to get me up. “Yea, I'm ready to go” I told my sister Beth as I walked out of the bathroom and grabbed my bag. “Since I kinda feel like a d**k for yelling at you when I walked in...I'll give you a ride there...but this is the last time”she states as she walks to my door. I giggle knowing this won't be the last time she gives me a ride anywhere. Since our parents died in a rogue attack when I was 8. She has kinda stepped up as my mother and father. I don't know if she has a boyfriend because I've never seen her with anyone before. She just turned 22 last month, i love her to death, but now that I'm going to be 16 I want her to start to act like my sister again. We used to have so much fun.now we don't, i mean we do but not like we used to when our parents were still alive. My sister is the beta of the pack, so her work load is a lot. She has to train the pack members, making sure that the alpha is on time to all his meetings and the list goes on. My sister pulls up to my school, i look out the window praying that i don't run into Jack again today, he is the hottest guy in school but he's an asshole, he's the son of another packs alpha and he thinks he's better than everyone, i hope i am there to see him find his luna i hope she puts him in his place it will be amazing. “Come on you gotta go Ren, i know you don't want to run into Jack but you can't let that stop you from still going to school” “Ugh...i know but she's such a d**k Beth” I say groaning as i open the door. “Just ignore him sooner or later he'll leave you alone” “No he wont, he says I'm the hottest girl in school and that means i have to be with him. He bugs me everyday…. see he's standing right there waiting for me” I say turning my head towards the front doors” I say groaning. “Get back in...i have an idea” she says. As I stare at her confused but close the door. She pulls around the side of the building by the lunch room where I see my group of friends at our table. “Omg thank you...thank you...thank you...you are the most amazing sister ever” I say hugging her she giggles and hugs me back. “Your welcome I remember guys like that...now go” “Okay bye” I say as I jump out of her BMW and book it for my friends. P.O.V. Jack I watch as Ren pulls into the parking lot and opens her door, because I've already got my wolf. I can hear everything that she and her sister said. As soon as she looked over at me I was glad that I was leaning against the wall because my knees almost buckled. I haven't told her yet that she is my mate. I've known for a year and it drives my wolf onyx crazy. It has been so hard controlling him when she is around. Because of my thoughts of her I didn't hear what Rens or her sister said. I watched her close her door and her sister drive off and because of where I am I didn't see where they went. “f**k” i mumble as the bell rings and i dont have time to find her. I make my way to my first period. Mrs.ross always drowns in the homeroom . It drives me crazy but at least I have my next class with her. “Man, what is up with you lately? You've been acting really off for the last week. What is going on?” my soon to be beta asks me as we get to our seats. I look around and make sure it's only our pack members in the class. I lean towards him and whisper. “You know that girl Ren right?” “Yeah, what about her?” Thomas says. “She's my mate… I've known since my 16th birthday last year, but i did nothing about it and now she's gonna be 16 this weekend” “Ooooo that makes so much sense man, I'm glad we will have a Luna and one that's a spit fire like her '' he says right as Mrs.ross walks in. I sit back in my seat and wait for the lecture about something no one in this class cares about.as soon as the bell rings i rush out and make my way to english so i can sit next to her. That class is her homeroom so she just stays in the class. And I want to sit next to her. As I walk in I see her looking out the window, her purple hair hiding her face and pretty much her whole chair making it look like she is floating. I sit down in the desk next to her and mumble and say hi knowing she can hear me seeing as its only two days til her birthday so she's getting some of her senses. “What do you want jack?!” she snaps at me looking at me. And it feels like her eyes are boring into my soul making onyx howl. ‘God i love it when she looks at us like that’ onyx frowls out. “I was just saying hi” I say ignoring onyx. She says nothing and looks back out the window. The rest of the day goes on just like this until it's lunch time. I make my way to my table which I have moved closer to her group just so I could hear her voice and now my beta knows why. “Hey man, are you not eating lunch today?” Thomas asks as he sets his food down. “Yeah I'm gonna eat, I just wanted to save our table” I say as I get up and get in line with a few people behind Ren. I can't wait until saturday. So I can hold her and so that no other man hits on her. One of her guy friends comes up behind her and grabs her waist hugging her. And she squills and giggles. “Jake dont do that, you know that tickles. Plus I'm pretty sure I might have hurt a few people's eardrums” Ren mumbles as I resist the urge to growl at Jake for putting his hands on what is mine. “Sorry i forgot” he says laughing and rubbing his ear. I snicker serves you right pup. I think to myself. “What are you doing for your birthday on saturday? Is Beth gonna let us throw a party?” he rambles for a second. “I haven't talked to her about it yet cause she's been so busy with the alpha lately so i still need to bring it up. Im probably gonna talking to her about it tonight during dinner” “God her voice sounds like an angels” onyx says. “I agree i cant wait til she knows she is ours...if she has a party we are crashing it” i reply to him.
