"s**t! they are moving, we have to contact the guild leader." When the LZT guild begins its campaign, the various guilds in Ganiyu Village are caught off guard. They never thought the LZT guild would attack in the dead of the night after partying for hours. 

"Leader! Leader! something bad had happened!" 

"The f**k you talking about, it's the middle of the night. Call me in the morning!'

"Leader! LZT guild is attacking."

"How is that possible, isn't it you who says that they've been partying till midnight?"

"I don't know sir, they just started marching toward Ganiyu Village"

"F*ucking worthless, post it to the forum. LZT cannot capture Ganiyu Village."

The news about the LZT guild attack spread on the internet like wildfire, getting the attention of various media outlets.

"This is ZNN Gaming News the No.1 news channel on all things Genesys. This just in, that LZT guild will now commence their conquest quest in Ganyu Village. We have our correspondent Anne live at the scene"

"Thanks, HQ, you can see in my back the impressive line up of the LZT guild. I tried getting an interview but it seems that the LZT guild wants their strength to remain confidential for the battle. All I can say, based on the things I’ve seen so far was that the LZT guild paid no expense for this conquest. People presume they are a joke but they can't be more wrong. LZT guild, they mean business. I'll keep you posted as the war continues but for now back to you HQ. "

"Wow! Thanks, Anne. The LZT guild really surprised all of us. You hear that folks, Players of Ganiyu village raise your weapon and equip your armor. A war is coming"

The request to arms is already out in public but only a few players answer the call. Most of the players in Ganiyu Village didn't expect the attack to happen at night, so most of them are asleep preparing for the battle in the morning that would mostly not happen.

LZT ancestors look at Ganiyu Village. Only more than a thousand players show up to defend and most of them are low level. Only a few manage to reach level 60 with no one reaching level 100.

The village guard force can be ignored although NPC is known to be much stronger than players at the same level; they only have 30 of them and they are only at level 20. Only the Guard leader manages to reach level 50.

LZT ancestor looked at his army and said, "m******e them all." 

LZT guild cavalry charges into Ganiyu village while the footsoldiers are quickly trailing them behind.

"Raise the spike, don't let the Calvary enter the village, stop its charge," The leader of the Guard said.

Various improvised fences of spikes are set up to stop the cavalry charge. 

"Archer prepared to fire. Magicians prepare your spell" As the village guard prepared to intercept, the alliance of the various guild didn't stand idle either. 

Various magicians that know earth magic created giant holes and walls to impede the LZT guild cavalry. 

"Fire" When the LZT cavalry entered the firing range, a rain of arrows dropped upon them.

Seeing this LZT ancestor order. "Wind magician use whirlwind." 

An umbrella of wind covers the LZT cavalry, preventing the arrows from falling upon them. 

The leader of the alliance forces smiled. They are not stupid, they already anticipated the LZT guild to use wind magician to intercept their arrows. Hundreds of the alliance fire magicians already prepare their large scale fire spells to burn the LZT cavalry to crips. 

"Fire!' Various fire type skills rain upon LZT guild. The wind umbrella that protected them turned into a fiery inferno that threatened to burn them alive. 

"Burn, baby, burn." The player of the alliance force watches as the LZT guild burns to their death.

They scorn them for their stupidity. War in Genesys is more complex compared to normal MMORPG games. It relies heavily on strategy. Many things can influence war. Spell type is just one of the examples. Certain spell type skills counter each other such as fire and water. In contrast, there are types of skills that complement each other like what just happened. 

While the alliance force is happily laughing in LZT demise. The fire slowly subsided. 

"Impossible," the alliance force said shocked. The LZT cavalry came out completely unharmed. 

Leon watches everything at the back.  'Dumbass what did you expect, those guys are over lv.100.' In the face of absolute power, strategies are meaningless.

"Kill them all." The LZT cavalry jumps out their horse and proceeds to enter melee combat, they had no choice. Although their stats protected them from the spell, their horse is not strong enough to withstand the fire and has been completely roasted. 

"We outnumbered them ten to one, don't be afraid, surround them. Killed them before the rest of their troops arrived." The leader of the alliance force commanded. 

Following his order, players of the alliance surrounded the 150 players of LZT group, preparing to drown them with their number but unfortunately for them, it will take more than ten ants to kill an elephant.

They bombard them with attacks; s***h, arrow, magic everything at their disposal but their attack ain't doing sh*t. 

The 150 players of LZT just ignore their futile resistance and begin their assault. Every swing of their sword cuts an alliance player in half. Every spell they invoke spells an alliance player's demise. The fight is nothing but a one-sided m******e. 

"Run! we can't beat them!"  Experiencing the hopeless situation a player of the alliance decided to run away. In war when one man decides to run, others will quickly follow. It’s like a domino, when the first piece falls the other will come soon after. True enough, everything quickly spirals into chaos. First, there is one, then there’s two, the player of the alliance starts to fall one by one.

When the players of the alliance lost their will to fight it was easy for LZT to charge their way into the village. 

“Let’s quickly charge and take over the village,” Monty said. Seeing their overwhelming force. He and his crew already thought that the war was over. 

On the other hand, Leon knows that the war is just getting started.

‘Conquest quest is not that easy, pig head.’ 

When the player of the alliance was about to surrender. The village guards take action, using their ordinary-looking spear, they pierce through the heart of one LV.100 LZT player instantly killing him. 

Everyone on the battlefield look at the village guards dumbfounded.

"What the f*ck?" A player that cannot be harmed by the bombardment of ten players is just been one-shotted by a level 20 guard. The whole scene doesn’t make any sense.

Even Leon looked shocked. 'Is that dwarves forged weapon?'

Dwarves are known in Genesys as a blacksmith race. Most of the legendary weapons in Genesys legend are said to be made by dwarves. There is even a rumor spread throughout Genesys that the weapon crafted by dwarves is blessed by the God of Weapon himself and anyone who wields it will receive its blessings. 

'Dwarves are known to offer dragons the weapons they crafted to earn the latter protection. Are those the weapons that the dwarves left behind after the dragon demise?' Leon thought to himself, if it was really a dwarf weapon then he will strike big in this war. 

He didn't question it anymore, if it was really a weapon crafted by dwarves then everything is possible.

The LZT player got cocky and let himself be stuck in the heart resulting in the attack to be critical. No one can really blame him, who would expect an ordinary village guard to be equipped with dwarves weapons. It's like a normal player going against a pay to win player, even though the normal player spent hundreds of hours in the game, he would still be no match to a pay to win player. 

Because of the might of the village guards, the players of the alliance started to get their confidence back. 

Like in the boxing match the village guards' action rang the bell of war and just like that the second round of war begins.
