Imelda's POV
I had gone out of our room in search of the Beta but couldn't find him anywhere. Even the Alpha King was nowhere to be found. I knew they were probably interrogating my mother but I didn’t know where that was.
Since the Lycan king ordered that my mother be taken away, I haven't heard anything about her from anybody, and curiosity was eating deep into my bones. I needed to see her, I wanted to know what she did wrong.
I stopped one of the maids who was walking past me and demanded to know where the Alpha and Beta were.
“I don't know where the Beta is, Luna, but I had seen the Lycan King talking to someone in front of the fountain over there,” she pointed towards the direction.
