Sebastian's POV
Later in the day, I decided to go back to the room to meet Imelda so we could go and check on our child together.
It's been two hours since I left her in the room. I felt she had rested enough and must have woken up by now, so I made my way to our room.
I turned the doorknob and was surprised to find it open. Expecting to see Imelda inside, I entered the room but was gobsmacked on not finding her. The room was empty, I called out her name just in case she was in the bathroom but got no response.
I decided to go see for myself if she was in there but found it empty with no Imelda in sight. Where could she be?
I exited the room and sauntered towards the kitchen where I assumed the maids would be and asked them if they had seen my mate.
