Sebastian's POV
I clenched my fists in anger as I glared at Xander's retreating figure. His arrogance was unnerving and I hated the fact that he was always belittling me. I was an alpha but he never treated me like one.
In anger, I walked back to the reception where Imelda's parents were waiting and sat down in silence.
A few minutes later, a nurse came up to us. "She's awake now, you can go and see her. Remember not to crowd around her and make her feel suffocated, I suggest you go individually," she announced and left with her tray.
I glanced at her parents, "I'll go in first" I told them and walked towards Imelda's room.
A weak smile stretched across her face when she saw me enter the room. Some nurses were rounding up their checkup on her, I waited until they finished and left
