Hansen Lu is a simple Chinese student in an international school in the Philippines. He is an ex-member of the school soccer team. As a snub except to his friends, he is no longer so known among new students. He has a girlfriend named Bernadette Park but it is a relationship beyond normal. She's a self proclaimed admirer of Shinwon Godel, and is now in a mutual understanding with him. Grew up in Bicol but moved to Manila for high school, she was sent away from her bestfriend Marjorie Noreen Curiano and met a new friend Belle Rodrigo. They were re-united when the Marhuri also moved to their place together with her brother Niel Allan-- the boy who annoys her the most.
