On the recording you will hear him brutally beating over and over the victim while on a call with 911, and I would like for the jury to ask themselves this one question? Could that voice at the other end of the recording be able to commit such an act? The cold answer to that question would have to be? Yes, once you hear the recording, you will agree that the accusations that the defendant is being convicted of are true and, yes, I will prove that Mario Chavo is in fact guilty beyond reasonable doubt.
