Along their way to celebrate, the team suddenly met Mr. Jaxon, who is probably on his way to get home. But when Robin called him, Levi couldn't stop hitching his breath out of frustration.
"Why does he always ends up meeting me?" He questioned himself in a whispering tone.
Unluckily, Zefany noticed Levi is acting weird, which now leads to her speculations that maybe Levi and Mr. Jaxon have a past relationship.
Honestly, it does not bother her but it pours excitement and joy seeing her two favorite person likes and denies each other out of love. She noticed it when Levi first met them, the way Mr.Jaxon demands for his attention, the more Zefany got interested into stalking Levi, and yet she learned that Levi is a bisexual man.
Zefany then grinned and pat Levi.
"Don't worry, I ship you both." She busted out, which made Levi stoned.
"Y-You-" Levi stuttered.
"Know that you're bi? Yeah!" Zefany honestly said to Levi.
"But don't worry, your secret is safe with me." She winked and Levi immediately took a deep breath.
"Promise me you won't tell anyone."
"I promise. "
"Guys Mr.Jaxon said he'll treat us! Isn't that a blessing?!" Amanda cheered happily when Jaxon offered them a such luxury celebration.
Levi then rolled his eyes, knowing that he will meet Jaxon again. He ones thought Jaxon might probably hitting some wonderful impression for him, it's not a bad idea though, only that it gets too annoying. Levi wanted to spend some time somewhere without Jaxon on his side, but whenever he decides that Jaxon always appears on time.
"Someone's got it bad..." Zefany hummed, pointing on Levi.
"I hate him...he always ruins my moment." Levi commented.
"But he makes you feel special, don't you think?"
"Hah...special my ass."
"Ooh he likes your a*s?"
"Zefany! That's not an appropriate word okay?"
"Okay, Okay, chill! Haha! So what do we do now? He's offering us a ride on a limo."
"We don't have any choices either."
"Oh, please why don't you just admit you like him too?"
"No, I don't,"
"Yes, you do in fact I think you're also enjoying his efforts, it's just that you're denying it to cover your expression of love."
"Honestly, that's so cliche." Levi rolled his eyes.
"You think so too?" Zefany asked, and Levi nodded.
"Yeah, I think so." He answered and Zefany agrees then laughed together with Levi.
Unfortunately, out of Jaxon's perspective, he's rather seeing a two lovely couple laughing with each other which makes his mood flows out of jealousy. Levi might like girls too, and it's not that hard for some girls to fall in love with him once Levi set his charms. Jaxon thought it's not even impossible for Levi to fall in love with a girl too, and before anything happens, he wanted to make sure he'd get Levi first.
So Jaxon grinned silently out of his thoughts.
"Hey guys, come on!" Robin called Levi and Zefany, who's very busy chatting with each other.
Once Levi set his foot in Jaxon's limo, he did not fail feeling Jaxon's killer stare. Levi definitely sensed that Jaxon is up to something bad that it caused for him to trip and almost fell hard on the ground when Jaxon immediately gave him a splendid catch.
"Are you okay?" Jaxon genuinely asked Levi.
"Y-Yeah thanks..." Levi stuttered nervously while Zefany remains smiling, cause finally her ship is sailing.
Inside the limo, Jaxon and Levi ended up sitting beside each other while Robin, Amanda and Zefany were busy texting on their phones. It's like everybody's awkward around Jaxon's presence and the excitement they were feeling awhile ago were lost.
So, to make the heavy atmosphere lessen a bit. Jaxon turned out asking his recent top employees about their ongoing project with their recent client.
"Robin, how are things going on with your recent client?" He asked.
"Everythings going well Mr. Jaxon, especially when Levi here works too hard for us."
"He does?"
"Yeah, honestly without Levi in our team it would be our last term working in your company Mr. Jaxon."
"Guys stop exaggerate things okay? Without all of your help, we wouldn't be Mr. Jaxon's new top employees." Levi remarked, and everyone smiled.
"I see, so I guess my treat tonight must be worth of a celebration?"
"Of course Sir, and we thank you for treating us." Amanda said, and the conversation stopped when they arrive at a luxurious restaurant in Sandiego.
Their eyes definitely glittered in happiness cause it was they're first time setting foot in such a pricy place, except for one Person which is Levi.
"What do you think? Is it worth to celebrate here?" Jaxon asked his employees, and they all nodded.
Entering such a restaurant keeps the guests feel an elegant aura. There were so many traces of diamonds and silver which they could not count, and even their seats and table were made of such an adorable shade of gold.
"Mr. Jaxon, are you sure that you will treat us here?" Amanda asked and Jaxon smiled, lifted his handsome face.
"Why not?"
The servants then later catered them into entering the area that Jaxon reserved when Levi met someone he could not stand seeing because of hatred.
A certain lady with a red silky gown came to bump him accidentally, and instead of saying sorry she grinned and Levi glared.
"Rebecca.." Levi sneered her name.
"Oh, hi Levi, it's nice to see you here!" She cheered with eyes flowing out of desire.
"So you finally had a job? I honestly thought you ended up on the streets homeless! Isn't that funny?"
It's very clear that Rebecca is trying to make a scene. She obviously did not fail to make Levi mad when she mentioned those words.
"So who are you dating now? Hm I bet she's a bachelor cause you wouldn't end up coming here if she wasn't right?" Rebecca continued mocking Levi.
"So what if she's a bachelor? Do you have the power to intervene between them?" Jaxon turned up that Levi almost jumped out of his place.
"What is he doing here?" He thought in his mind.
Rebecca's face turned pale though when she saw Jaxon. It's as if he's a threat and a powerful opponent than her. Which made Levi curious of her reaction.
Rebecca then rolled her eyes and snickered.
"I don't care, he's a user anyway, so good luck with that!" That's all she said and then turned her back to leave.
Levi on the other side though stayed quiet until Jaxon approached him.
"Don't worry I'm here now, you don't have to be scared."
"Jaxon?"
"I can protect you Levi, if that's what you want."
