This is the story of a promise. This is the story of a boy who gave up his eyes so that the person he loved could see the world. This is the story of a man whose life eventually ended at the hands of the one he loved most.In a village engulfed in flames, fire raged in every direction. Dead bodies were scattered across the ground. Amid the destruction sat a young boy, holding his little wife tightly in his arms. She was blind and unable to see. Before his death, her father had entrusted the girl to him and made him promise that he would always take care of her. The boy wanted to fulfill that promise no matter what.Looking at the beautiful girl in his arms, he made a difficult decision. He would give her his eyes so that she could see the world. After searching for a doctor, he donated his eyes to her. Soon, the girl regained her sight. However, the girl felt terrible when she learned what had happened. Knowing that Aryan had become blind because of her filled her heart with guilt. The boy's name was Aryan, and the girl's name was Snow. With tears in her eyes, Snow asked, "Why did you do this for me?"Aryan smiled gently and replied, "Snow, you are talented. You can become a great warrior one day. But I may never be able to go that far. That's why you must become strong."Hearing those words, Snow felt even more emotional. She hugged Aryan tightly. Feeling her embrace, Aryan wrapped his arms around her and held her close.Aryan looked at Snow lovingly and said, "Don't worry. I will always be with you. No matter what happens, I will never leave you alone."Hearing his words, Snow became very emotional and began to cry. Seeing this, Aryan smiled and said, "If you become strong enough one day, you might be able to restore my eyes."Upon hearing that, Snow stopped crying. Her eyes sparkled with determination as she said, "Big Brother Aryan, one day I will become very strong, and I will protect you."Aryan smiled warmly at her and replied, "Then it's settled. Now, playtime is over. We've talked enough. We still need to prepare dinner."Snow nodded and stood up before walking away with Aryan. As time passed, the two spent their days together. They shared countless conversations—some filled with love, others filled with deep emotions. Their bond grew stronger with every passing day. They talked about many things, played together, laughed together, and made countless promises to one another.Their relationship was incredibly close. Snow had become so attached to Aryan that she could not even imagine being separated from him. She wanted to stay by his side twenty-four hours a day. Even at night, when it was time to sleep, she did not want to be away from him. This worried Aryan greatly. He knew that if Snow remained dependent on him forever, she would never become truly strong. However, his concerns soon disappeared because an unexpected event changed everything. One day, while Aryan and Snow were playing together in the courtyard, a powerful woman flying through the sky noticed them.Snow possessed a very special physique, something extremely rare and valuable. The woman immediately took an interest in her and decided to take her away. After observing the bond between Aryan and Snow, the woman realized that Snow would not willingly leave him behind. And just as she expected, Snow refused her offer. But the woman had no intention of leaving without Snow.In a cold voice, she declared, "If you refuse to come with me, I will kill Aryan."Hearing those words, Snow was devastated. To protect Aryan's life, she had no choice but to leave his side. Before departing, the woman casually slapped Aryan and knocked him to the ground, causing him to lose consciousness. Then she took Snow away. When Aryan finally regained consciousness, he sat alone on the ground. His eyes were red, and tears streamed down his face. Yet despite his sorrow, there was no fear in his heart. He had already lost his sight long ago.Although he had never seen the woman's face, he swore to himself that one day he would find her.And when that day came, he would make her pay for taking Snow away. With that determination burning in his heart, Aryan slowly stood up and walked away from his home.No one knew how far he traveled or where he went. From that day onward, Aryan vanished without a trace.

Aryan found snow but snow kill him
At this moment, on a mountain peak stood a beauty dressed in white, a woman whose appearance alone seemed capable of bringing nations to ruin. She wore ancient-style robes as white as snow. Her red lips and graceful figure made her appear no older than twenty-two years of age. A sword rested in her hand as she stood there motionless. She was no ordinary woman. She was an Empress, one of the most powerful warriors in the world. At this moment, she stood atop the mountain alongside numerous warriors. Before her knelt a man. Two swords had pierced his chest, and he was in a terrible condition. No one knew who this man truly was. The woman standing before him appeared like a statue carved from ice, devoid of any emotion. She was like an untouchable fairy beyond mortal reach. She spoke coldly. "You have killed countless people in this world. You have incited wars and conflicts. You slaughtered innocent people from many sects and murdered women without any reason. You are a blood-soaked sinner who does not deserve to live." As soon as she finished speaking, everyone around her began shouting in agreement. "He is a monster!" "He should not be allowed to live!" "He is extremely dangerous!" "He killed people merely for amusement!" Similar voices echoed throughout the mountain. Everyone feared this man deeply. Not long ago, when numerous sects united against him and attacked with an army of two hundred thousand people, he had personally turned one hundred and fifty thousand of them into piles of corpses. Had nothing interrupted him, he would have killed the remaining fifty thousand as well. Later, the great emperors of the sects arrived, and finally this icy beauty appeared. Together they fought him for four days and four nights. Yet no one could defeat him. However, when the ice-like beauty arrived, everyone realized something strange. The man had shown no intention of attacking her. No one could understand why. But everyone knew one thing. Only this woman had the ability to kill him. He did not even try to defend himself against her attacks. Instead, he completely surrendered himself to her, and because of that he ultimately lost the battle. No one knew what he was thinking. No one knew his true intentions. No one understood the despair hidden within his eyes. No one understood why a man powerful enough to shake the world would kneel before a single woman. After hearing the accusations against him, the kneeling man suddenly shouted. Yet his voice was filled with profound despair and sorrow. The bitterness in his words was directed not at others, but at himself. He could not understand why. Why had he kept that promise? Why had he listened? Those thoughts tormented him. Finally, he spoke. "Millions of people, millions of relatives, millions of gods may come before me, yet I would never bow." "Only a promise could make me kneel." "I am disappointed." "I am deeply saddened that I made that promise." "The promise that has caused my death today." "Never make promises to anyone in this world." "Until a person dies, neither good nor evil truly exists." "Power is the only truth." "The powerful are called righteous." "The powerful are accepted as one's own." "If you have no power, you are a stranger to everyone." "And if someone you love becomes stronger than you, understand that you no longer matter to them." After saying this, he recited a poem: These eyes have witnessed countless joys, Yet they never saw her smile. I sacrificed everything I had for her, Yet I never saw happiness in her eyes. She speaks grandly of humanity and virtue, Yet she never saw the pain hidden within my heart. After finishing the poem, he looked directly into the eyes of the ice-like beauty. Then he raised one hand and gestured toward her. A gentle smile appeared on his face—the most sincere and beautiful smile he had ever shown. "This life belonged to you," he said softly. "You have taken it." "Never regret it." The next moment, he stepped backward. Behind him was a bottomless cliff. He closed his eyes. A single tear fell from them. Then he plunged into the abyss. The woman could do nothing. When he had gestured toward her, she had frozen in place. Something had suddenly resurfaced in her memory. But it was too late. Far too late. The man was already gone. His existence had vanished from the world. The surrounding warriors silently watched. All of them were severely wounded. The foundations of their sects, built over thousands of years, had nearly been destroyed. These were not ordinary injuries. Every wound on their bodies had been inflicted by that man's sword. All of them had believed that together they could easily kill him. None of them had expected him to be so terrifying. Single-handedly, he had nearly destroyed the foundations of twenty great sects. No one had imagined such a monster existed. Yet the truth was that they had attacked him for one reason alone— His treasure. Rumors had spread that he possessed an enormous treasure, an ancient inheritance, priceless artifacts, and legendary cultivation scriptures. The accusations against him, the politics, the propaganda, and the stories of his crimes—many of them had merely been excuses. They all wanted what he possessed. The ice-like beauty had intervened only because she could not bear to watch such bloodshed. She did not know the truth. She did not know who was right or wrong. She only saw one man slaughtering countless others and concluded that such a person should not be allowed to live. Therefore, she attacked him. To her shock, even after she pierced his chest with two swords and froze his internal organs, he still refused to strike back against her. Only after his final gesture did she realize she had made a terrible mistake. The person she had been searching for all along... was the very person she had killed. No one knew what the woman was thinking. No one dared to speak to her. At this moment her emotions were in complete chaos. Without saying a word, she flew away. No one noticed the tears hidden within her eyes. Wherever she passed, blizzards rose into the sky. After her departure, everyone else dispersed as well. No one dared descend into the abyss. The cliff possessed an ancient and terrifying history. Anyone who had ever fallen into it had died. Therefore, no one followed the man. Furthermore, the sects themselves had fallen into chaos. If outside forces discovered theweakness, they would immediately invade. As a result, no one cared about the inheritance anymore. Their only concern was restoring their shattered strength as quickly as possible
