Andrea’s POV Recall “CALL ME ALPHA KYAN!” I screamed again, my voice breaking with the effort. The pain in my throat was nothing compared to the fear and anger that fueled my cries. One of the guards, a burly man with a sneer permanently etched onto his face, approached my cell. “Shut up, prisoner,” he barked. “No one is coming for you.” “I need to speak with Alpha Kyan!” I insisted, my grip on the bars tightening until my knuckles turned white. “It’s a matter of life and death.” The guard laughed, a harsh, grating sound. “You think the Alpha cares about the likes of you?
