Chapter XVIII – Cuddles and Sweetums
Third Person's POV
'Luke I've done something wrong. It’s not wrong for me but I'm sure you'll be mad and turn into hulk.' Calum murmured, hands behind him, bottom lip jutted out a little.
'What is it baby? I'm sure I won't be that mad.' Luke said. Calum kept bouncing on his feet, his lips are on a pout. Luke grabbed his hips to set him down on his lap but Calum moved away and Luke's eyes squinted.
'What are you hiding behind you Cal?'
'Now you're calling me Cal not baby, I know you'll be mad!' Calum said biting his trembling lip.
'Baby did you break something in the house?' Luke asked. Calum shook his head no. 'Is this about my clothes or anything related to me?' Luke asked. 'No.' Calum said. 'Then I won't be mad, show me what you're hiding.' Luke said.
'I-I found it outside by the gate.' Calum said and brought out what he was hiding on his back.
'Oh my god Calum!' Luke whispered-yelled, his sentence has a strong stress on it.
Calum brought the puppy to his chest, tears welling his eyes. 'He was laying on the floor outside the gate! I can't leave him there! Its freezing outside!' Calum said.
'What if somebody owns it Calum? You can't just take dogs like that!' Luke said. 'And we already have sweetums!'
'But it was freezing outside! He was under the gate!' Calum cried. 'Let's see if someone owns him first okay? I'll make Shaun go around the whole village.' Luke said and took the puppy.
'BUT I ALREADY NAMED HIM CUDDLES!! LUCAS!' Calum cried loudly. Luke ignored him and went downstairs before giving again the dog to find its owner.
Calum was crying on the couch of Luke's office. Luke came back and went back to his seat cause he knows Calum would only get mad if he say sorry right away.
After a while, Calum was sniffling softly, hugging his knees. Sweetums entered the room cause the door is slightly open. The dog went up to Luke and barked at him before jumping up and down.
'What is it that you want?' Luke asked picking up the dog and sitting beside Calum who snatched the dog softly.
'She wants cuddles to be her playmate since you don't want to play with her.' Calum said and the dog barked like its agreeing.
'You're not a dog whisperer Calum.'
'I'm a d**k whisperer.' Calum said and Luke couldn't disagree. There was a knock on the door, Shaun was holding the puppy in his hand.
'No one owns him sir. I made the guards call and ask all of the people here in the villa but no one have lost a-'
'THAT MEANS WE CAN KEEP HIM!' Calum yelled startling the dog and two men. Calum jumped from his seat and took the puppy from Shaun.
Luke thanked Shaun before staring at Calum who is playing with the dogs on the corner. 'Who's the good boy? Hmm?' Calum said and Cuddles barked. 'Who's the good girl?' Calum said and sweetums barked.
'Yes, that's right. You guys are both good but the guy over there...' Calum said and pointed at Luke. 'That guy over there is bad. He tried to take me away from you cuddles.' Calum said. The two dogs barked at Luke like they're trying to protect Calum and Luke can just stare at the 3 adorable puppies.
An hour has passed, but Calum doesn't seem to get tired. They were playing sit, stand, roll over and play dead.
'Calum stop playing with the dogs for a while and play with my d**k instead!' Luke whined and stomped childishly. 'Don't you get bored with playing with the dogs?' Luke said.
'Who gets bored by playing with dogs?'
'I do.'
'Who?'
'No one.'
Calum nodded and continue playing with the dogs. He goes out of the room and come back with the soft plush bed and sand box for the puppies. He also has some dog foods and water. He sets up the things on the corner before putting the puppies in the small bed.
'Go to sleep.' Calum said and kissed the puppies' head. The puppies seem to understand and closed their eyes before falling asleep.
Calum was watching the dog sleep. He eventually fell asleep on the floor too. Luke got up from his seat, his flat ass hurting. He carried Calum to the couch before fitting the both of them in the small space.
Calum stirred awake and saw Luke looking down at him. 'I'm sorry for being bratty.' Calum said. 'No baby its okay. I know you love dogs a lot.'
'But I love you more than them.' Calum said making Luke smirk. 'Can you show me how much you love me?'
'You're on a s*x ban for a week Luke. Remember?' Calum said. Luke groaned and cuddled into Calum.
'Why do you not like dogs anyway?' Calum asked. 'They're taking me away from you.' Luke said. 'How?' Calum asked.
'They're gaining your attention too much that you don't give me time.' Luke said. 'Luke, a dog can't f**k me hard like you do.' Calum joked.
'But still.'
'I love you.'
'You promise?'
'I promise.'
