Implementing the Plan

“Janus ,Here’s the proposal to purchase the Holiday Hotel in District 3 ” She hand over a file to Janus “the soft copy is also sent through your mail”

This is the first hotel she planned to take from the Campbell. District 3 is known as business center in A City and she planned to make a Training and seminar centers in the district. This is to boost the income of the Hotel. She need to buy a building for this and she chooses the Holiday Hotel.

This is just the beginning of her ultimate plan , to removed the Campbell from the hospitality business.

If not totally removed at least make Happy hotel the major player in the country when it it comes to Hospitality business. She is just starting her moved in A City , then slowly move to other major City in the country.

“ We can try hitting two birds in one stone. I heard from our informants. Holiday hotel in District 8 is not doing well too. I think they also want to give it up” Janus was flipping on the document she gave

“ But I don’t have a concrete plan yet in District 8, how should we run the hotel there?” She ask Janus

“ District 8 , have nice tourist spots but the place is not very convenient to other tourist spot in the city and it’s quite far from the city proper.Why not offer tours packages with the accommodation?

I think it will boost the sales there” Janus simply explained to Leanne his plan

“I agree with you, Can you get me the details of the hotel? Did you ask the property appraiser already about the value?”

“I’ll send you everything I have, I think we can bargain more in the price if we take over both hotel together. Make revision on this buying proposal. I will visit District 8 hotel tomorrow to get a better view on the status and prepare renovation plan and operation plan. I’ll stay there for 3 days maybe 7 days maximum. I’ll show you my operation proposal before we the meeting with Holiday Hotel. “

“Ok, Ill make a new proposal with both hotels on it. Did you set already the appointments with them for the buy out?” She ask Janus

“My dear Cousin, you are my secretary, you should be the one setting the appointments for me” Janus jokingly reminded her. “ I already save you for the arrangement of my visit to District 8.”

“My dear cousin, I am your real boss, so don’t give me that attitude. Oh owh” she speak while shaking her head. They both laugh about it. “ Anyway, I’ll try to contact Campbell secretary to set the appointment. When do you want it?”

“ Let’s make it  Thursday or Friday next week.” Janus replied “ I think we need to hire a real secretary. We have so much to do on this take over plan and we don’t have time for this trips arrangements and meeting arrangement.

“Then what would be my title? “ Leanne ask while moving her eyebrows up and down

Janus just give a soft laugh and said “So you will have time to do the take over proposals and operations plan. We will make you as Cindy’s secretary , She doesn’t need it anyway. ” Cindy is the Head of event coordinator team and an old friend of Janus. Leanne was rooting for both but it seems his cousin is too workaholic .

“ I already informed the HR to get a secretary. Since I will be out for the business trip. You and Cindy do the hiring process “

“ Noted “ Leanne give him a smile and was about to go back to her desk when Janus remembered something.  “ Oh Leanne another thing, Can you accompany Cindy to White Group tomorrow? She is presenting the Anniversary Ball of the White group.  It’s the first time White Group is considering us for the event. They usually go with Holiday Hotel.Make sure you will convince them. ”

“ Copy Sir” She left Janus office after she hand salute

Anniversary ball for White group is a huge event. The company usually have a Gala dinner and give a one day stay vacation to each employee’s family. Getting it away from Holiday Hotels will be a big blow on their annual budget.
