Chapter 13

Now we are in plane and going back to Lima. Everyone just being quiet. We lost from Nationals. We got twelve places and I was thinking about what that Jesse guy said was right. The kiss between Finn and Rachel was unprofessional and vulgar.

I'm sitting down on the window seat and listening to the music with iPod. This is Finn's iPod actually. The iPod that he lend me that day and I'm still keeping it.

Sam is sitting down next to me. In the middle between me and Mike. I dont know this is prepared or not but he keep following me. I dont mind with that actually besides that he is cute.

"So what are you gonna do for summer?" Sam asks me.

"Fly to Paris spending one week looking at Eiffel Tower and wondering why people love that tower then go to London and do the same thing in front of Big Ben and go to Manchester and ask all those question to my grandma." I said to Sam.

"Haha that's really funny. Seriously. You're hillarious." Sam laughs.

"No, seriously. That's what I'm planning." I frown at him.

"O--okay..." Sam simply said. "You dont wanna have summer camp with me in Kentucky?" Sam asks nervously.

"When it will be?" I ask him.

"Two days from today." Sam raises his eyebrows.

"You want to go to summer camp with a spoilt baby like me who cant leave my dad's hand?" I frowns at him.

"It's only one week. Besides I'm sure your dad will agree with that." Sam says to me.

"Well, I never have a camp before so I'm join." I giggle.

"Cool. Well, I'll-I'll see you there." Sam smiles at me.

"We still have fifteen minutes in plane so just save your goodbye things." I chuckle.

Sam just chuckle. I go back turn my face to the window and looking at the sky. Suddenly a record song is playing in this iPod. I look at the screen and the title is 'Dear, Madison'.

I never heard this song before. There are many songs in this iPod and most of them are my favorite songs and this song is playing for the first time.

I turn my face and my eyes meet Finn's eyes who sit down on the opposite seat of my seat. We just look at each other with our poker face. I turn my face away and go back looking at the sky.

Finn and I didnt talk each other since I'm mad because he hit Aaron. Finn shouldnt hit Aaron I guess, because his words already made Aaron speechless and he still cant hold his anger.

I keep listening to this song. This song only has the melody of a piano and no lyrics and I dont know what this mean.

"Dear all passengers. Our plane will arrived in Dayton International Airport, Lima, Ohio. Thanks for flying with us."

I take my earphone from my ear and place the iPod and the earphones to my jacket pocket. The plane is ready to landing and I really need to go out from this place because I miss bedroom.

The plane is finally landing in Dayton International Airport. I'm standing from my seat and went out from the plane and holding my sling bag.

After this I will facing senior year. I just hope that my senior year will be really bright like it used to be.

"Guys, get into our bus and I will take all your suitcase." Mr. Schue says to us.

We just nodded then walk out from the check out gate and went out from the airport and looking for the shuttle bus for us.

"That's our bus!" Kurt says and points to a bus that's looks like a RV.

I didnt say anything and follow the others and get in to that bus. I'm sitting down on the front seat near the driver as he went out from the bus to nowhere and let the bus door opened.

I'm just not in a good mood right now. I'm a moody one so I better being quiet and didnt say anything.

"Alright guys, lets go back to Lima!" Mr. Schue walks in and close the door.

I plug my ear with my earphone and start listening music from the iPod and close my eyes. I will stay in home alone tonight.

I'm taking my clothes from my wardrobe and put it into my suitcase for the summer trip then take off the dirty clothes to the laundry basket.

"Madison? Can I come?" A familiar voice.

I turn my face and Finn walks into my room. "I locked the front door." I simply said.

"The back door unlocked." Finn says.

"What do you want?" I ask and keep packing my stuff.

"Wait, where are you going to?" Finn asks me and sit down on my swing seat.

"Summer camp with Sam." I simply said.

"Did-did you both dating?" Finn asks.

"No, I'm not ready for any kind of new relationship." I shake my head and sit down on the edge of my bed.

"I'm here to apologize. I shouldnt say that. I just dont like how he treat you. Like he can buy you with all his money. I know I shouldnt hit him but I was really upset." Finn says with his head down.

"I understand with that. He is a jerk. I know that." I sigh.

"I'm really sorry. I tried to handle my anger but I always cant." Finn sighs. "I didnt know this seat is really comfortable." Finn chuckles.

"My favorite place to take a nap actually." I said. "The others must be blamed you because of that kisses right?" I said and go back packing my stuff.

"But mostly to Rachel because Rachel was the one who started it and we are getting back together."

I turn my face and stop doing my stuff. "Oh-oh that's cool." I said to Finn.

"Yeah she changed her mind. First she said that she wanna reach her dreams to New York and she will never come back but I told her that graduation is one year away so we can continue our relationship." Finn says to me.

"If she really loves you, she wont leave you. She will take you with her even she has to reach her dream. You can make two difference thing. Love is love. Dream is dream. If she leave you, you are not in her dream. That's it." I said to Finn.

Finn's POV

I just being quiet and looking at the ground. She is right. Totally right.

"And if you are not in her dream why you should spend your time and throw your dreams away for someone who doesnt understand your dream?" Madison raises her eyebrows at me.

"Dont say something like that to me. You even cant handle your relationship." I roll my eyes.

"I got that word from this book." She said to me and shows me a book from with title 'dream'.

"Cool then. I though you were become so smart now." I sigh.

"I'm bad in relationship and I dont know what I have to say if Sam asks me to be his girlfriend." Madison says.

"Like he will ask you to be his girlfriend." I roll my eyes.

"He is really into me, you know." Madison chuckles and throw her pillow at me.

"Who's not into you if they already know about you." I mumbled and hold that pillow.

"You said what?" Madison asks me.

"No-nothing." I simply said. "You said that you wanna camping right? Why you bring a suitcase? You dont have any camping bagpack?" I raise my eyebrows at her.

"I had one but I cant reach that because my dad place it in the high rack." Madison says to me.

"Let me help you to get that." I said to her and about to leave this swing chair but I'm stuck and my feet slide down and make me almost fall.

Madison suddenly catches my body with her hand. We just being quiet for a while and look at each other eyes. I dont know but my heart beats so fast right now.

"You-you okay?" Madison asks me.

"Yeah." I nodded. "I'm fine." I said to her and stand up from my seat.

"Come on. It's in the wardrobe." Madison says to me and walk lead me.

I just follow her and get into her wardrobe that full with clothes, shoes, bag, and many things.

"Where?" I raise my eyebrows at her.

She take a chair. "Over there. I already used this chair but I cant reach that and at first I was about to call Sam to help me."

"Dont call anyone else. I'm here." I simply said and stand up on that chair.

I raise my hand to get that bag. "Be careful about the dust." Madison says.

I take that bag but those dust fall to my eyes and make me wanna sneezing. I cant see anything clearly until I feel something on my hand.

I shocked and freak out until I suddenly jump from that seat and fall to the ground with back against the ground.

"Finn, you okay?" Madison ask panicly.

I close my eyes and pretend like I got fainted when then fact that I'm fine. Madison keep shaking my body and my cheek.

"Finn, please wake up. I'm really sorry. Dont die here or they must be think that I kill you." Madison start crying.

I open my eyes and raise my eyebrows at her then sit up. "I'm fine. I'm just kidding." I chuckle.

"Not funny." Madison simply said and turn her face away.

I can see the tears from her eyes. I sit down in front of her and hold her chin and make her facing me. She was really panic and cried because of me. That was really sweet.

"Hey, I'm fine." I smile at her.

"I dont like your jokes! What if you really die here?" Madison raises her eyebrows at me.

"The fact that I'm here and not die." I chuckle. "Dont be freak out. You're not a baby." I wipe her tears away and smiles at her.

"I'm not a baby and stop calling me a baby." Madison rolls her eyes and chuckles.

I just chuckle then built a smile on my face and smiles at Madison. She just smile back shyly at me and looking at me.

My hand is still cupping her cheek. I keep looking at her then push my face closer to her and close my eyes until I got to her lips and kiss her.

I know this is not the first time. This is twice I kissed her and twice she kissed me back and the kiss is always different and make me feel like this is my first kiss.

"I-I-I have to go back to pack my stuff." Madison takes her bag and stand up from her seat and walk to her bed.

Shall I tell her that the paper she found wasnt for Rachel? But no, it will ruin everything besides I know how Sam really into her.

I let out a sigh and stand up from my seat then walk back to her bedroom. Madison is busy with packing her stuff to her bag and didnt turn her face at me.

"Well, I think-I think, I better go. My mom must be wondering where the hell I am. Dont forget to lock the backdoor." I said to her and about to walk off.

"Finn?"

I stop my way and turn around. "Yeah?"

"Thanks for helping me." Madison half-smiled at me.

"That's okay." I half-smiled back at her and walk off.

I walk downstairs to get out from her house. Her kisses always make me feel like this is my first kiss. It's different besides that she is my first kiss.

Madison's POV

I walk in the hallways for the last meeting of the glee club this year before the summer begin and senior year coming over.

Yesterday Finn kissed me again and since that day he seems little bit changed. Changed to be someone full of affection which is kind of disgusting for him.

Suddenly someone cover my eyes with his hands when I'm walking in the hallways.

"Sam, stop this." I said.

"Seriously, Sam?" Finn's voice.

I push his hand away and turn my face. "What are you doing?" I raise my eyebrows.

"I saw you in the hallways so I decided to come." Finn grins at me.

"Errr." I roll my eyes.

"What is this?" Finn asks and take the paper I hold.

"The result of 2011 National Show Choir Championship. I got it from my dad last night." I said to Finn as we walk together to the choir room.

"Guys, Vocal Adrenaline came at second at nationals!" Finn says to the others.

"That's mine!" I yelled and take that paper from his hand.

"Seriously?" Mercedes frowns.

"First place is The Portland Scale Blazers. Second place is Vocal Adrenaline. And third place is The Waffletoots." I said to them. "Which mean that Vocal Adrenaline nationals victory is not anymore happen."

"And next year it's time for us to shine bright! Next year is New Directions's year!" Rachel grins happily.

"For now lets enjoy the summer." Artie chuckles.

"I really cant wait for my summer!" I chuckle.

"Where are you going to do for summer, Madison?" Tina asks me.

"Well, Madison and I will have a summer camp in Kentucky." Sam answer.

"Wohooo." Santana says.

"But only for one week. After that I will fly to Paris to spending one week..." I got cut off.

"Spending one week looking at Eiffel Tower and wondering why everyone loves it." Sam chuckles.

"Okay, you remember it." I chuckle. "Then I will fly to London and wondering why Big Ben is so big after that I will fly to Manchester and ask those question to my grandma and we will make French Toast and speak Deutsch." I grin at them.

"Sounds awkward but fun." Tina chuckles.

"My life is boring." I chuckle and sit down on the middle row then Sam moves his seat next to me.

"If I were you, I would bring Blaine to Paris." Kurt says to me.

"She will bring me." Sam smirks at me and put his hand around my shoulder.

"Umm excuse me, sir.." I said and move his hand from my shoulder. "But no." I shake my head and laugh.

"Better luck next time, dude." Mike laughs at Sam.

The others just laughs. Sam also laughs and I guess he got my jokes. I just laugh until I turn my face at Finn who frowns at me. What the hell wrong with this guy?

"You guys want to see what 12th place looks like?" Mr. Schue walks in and bring our trophy.

"Look at that little tiny baby trophy." Mercedes laughs.

The others just laugh. I cant wait for the senior year and next year when we will win all those Show Choir Championship.

"My room is look small from here." I said and looking at my room from Finn's window.

"I want you here to help me with my chemistry." Finn rolls his eyes.

"I'm not in a mood to study." I simply said and sit down on his sofa near the window.

"You sure you will spend summer with Sam?" Finn asks.

"I never go to a camp before so I just want to go." I said to Finn.

"You ever have a camp with me." Finn says.

"In the backyard of your house? And we can get food from our house easily?" I raise my eyebrows. "I want a real camp, Finn."

Finn stand up from his bed and take something from his wardrobe. "Tonight, have a camp with me we can make the bonfire and this time is not in the backyard." Finn says to me.

"Are you kidding me? It's already 7pm." I frown at him.

"Come on, it will be fun. We can buy snacks in supermarket first. We need to bring candle, flashlight, then we will make a bonfire. Just little bonfire. Pleaseee." Finn begged.

"I dont like when you beg at me like that." I chuckle. "Okay, I want to but I have to get my stuff from my house first." I said to Finn.

"Sure, I will give you five minutes to prepare. I will wait in my car." Finn says to me.

"Yes, sir." I said and went out from his room.

I walk downstairs and turn my way to the back door and went out from his house and get into my back door and get into my house.

It will be so much easier when I went out from my house to Finn's house passed the back door because it's closer.

"Hey, the dinner is ready." Dad says to me.

"Dad, can you please pack the dinner for me in a lunch box?" I ask dad.

"For what, Maddy?" Dad frowns at me.

"Finn and I will have a camp tonight. Please please pleaseeee." I beg.

"Okay then." Dad nodded.

"Great!" I simply said and run to the upstairs to get into my room.

I enter my room and take my jeans and change my short denim pants into a jeans. I take my grey sweater and wear it. I take my white converse and wear it. After that I take my ransel and put the stuff I have to bring then I walk back to the downstairs.

I bet this is will be fun. It's been a long time Finn and I didnt doing crazy things together and actually I'm kinda miss that.

"The dinner is done?" I ask dad.

"Here. I made it extra for you both." Dad says to me.

I place my lunch box inside my ransel. "I'm sorry because you have to eat dinner alone." I said to dad.

"That's okay, honey. It's summer. Kids do the fun." Dad smiles at me.

"You're the best! I love you!" I kiss dad's cheek and walk out from my house from the front door.

Finn is ready in his car. I walk to his car then get into the front passenger seat. And get into his car.

"You ready?" Finn asks me.

"Yes! We dont have to buy dinner, I brough food from my house." I said to Finn.

"Also I have a lot of snacks." Finn grins at me then start driving away.

"Where are we going to?" I ask Finn.

"I knew a little forest around here and it's such a great place for having a camp." Finn says.

"Cool." I nodded and turn my face to the window.

I open the window of his car and feel this cold wind blowing through my skin and ruin my hair and it's kinda fun.

I turn my face at Finn and chuckle with my messed up hair. "How I look?" I ask Finn.

"Like a monster haha." Finn laughs.

"I'm a monster, I will haunt you, Finn Hudson!" I said in monster voice.

"You still have that monster voice." Finn laughs.

"Of course I do." I chuckle and close the window.

Finn keeps driving until his car enter a sabana that full with grass and only some trees. He then stops the car and went out from the car. I went out from the car and feel the wind is kinda warm and cold.

"We will have a camping here." Finn says and take the tend from his car baggage then start built the tend. "Actually the others are having a little party at Rachel's basement." Finn says.

I take the stuff from his car baggage and frown. "But why you ask me to have a camp with you? She is your girlfriend." I frown at Finn.

"It will end up with alcohol, movie, pizza, and I'm bored with that. I need something different. Since first neither Rachel nor Quinn want to have a camp with me so I never use this tend since you left." Finn says to me.

"Finn, I dont want to make you fight with Rachel right? We can go to that party and forget this plan." I said to Finn.

"I shouldnt tell that to you. Please. It's been a long time we didnt go out together. And I miss my childhood moment." Finn says as he make the bonfire.

"I miss my childhood too." I sigh and sit down on his car.

Finn keep trying to make the bonfire until the fire come and it makes the atmosphere here become warm and I like it.

I take my ransel and take picnic clothes and spread it near the bonfire next to our tend. After that I sit down there to make my body feel warm. Finn take his ransel and sit down next to me.

"I have a lot of this snacks." Finn take all of the snacks from his ransel. "And this." Finn give me a big lunch box to me.

I open that box and I got many tots. "Oh my gosh! Tots!" I said happily. I close that box and hug it. "I love you so much!" I said.

"I love you too." Finn says while he eat his chips.

I turn my face at him and frown at him. "I-I-I meant this tots."

"I meant this chips." Finn says and shows that bag of potato chips to me.

"I know that." I simply said and start eating that tots. "McKenzie, McKenzie?" I show my tots to Finn.

Finn open his mouth and I throw a tots to his mouth and it landed to his mouth. "I'm not McKenzie." Finn roll his eyes.

"But you are getting fatter like him. Last time I left you, I was taller than you but when I met you, you are so much bigger than me." I said to Finn and lay my body.

Finn lay his body next to me and looking at the sky. "Do you remember when we both have fake married?"

"That was really stupid." I chuckle.

"And now, I'm wondering how could I want to marry you." Finn chuckles.

"It was stupid kids who watched adult movie too much." I chuckle.

"You will say yes if Sam ask you to be his girlfriend?" Finn turn his face at me.

"I will say maybe. No yes nor no." I simply said.

"Why?" Finn asks.

"Because someone once told me that we have to know that person first before we start a relationship with someone new. I dont wanna make the same mistake like I did with Aaron." I turn my face at Finn.

"You really listen to me." Finn chuckles.

"Because you have more experience than me. Besides you're my best friend. You know me better than anyone of them." I said to Finn.

"The one who know yourself is you." Finn simply said.

"You quote my words." I chuckle.

"And you also quote mine." Finn chuckles.

"I bring this." I take the iPod from my sweater pocket and show it to him.

"Isnt that my iPod?" Finn raise my eyebrows at me.

"Yep, wanna have a little karaoke so this night wont be so quiet?" I raise my eyebrows at him.

"I never sing a song with you before." Finn says.

"Because I dont want to but tonight I want to." I said to him and sit up.

"I'm little bit lazy." Finn groan.

"Finn, pleaseeee." I pull his hand to make him sit up.

"I'm lazy." Finn groans.

I keep pull his hand to make him stand up. He is such a big heavy guy. "Come on, big guy." I said and keep pulling his hand.

I'm still trying to pull his hand to make Finn sit up but suddenly I lost control and I fell to the ground and Finn lay on top of me.

We didnt say anything but keep looking at each other's eyes. God, please I dont want to make him cheated on Rachel again with me but I just wanna kiss him right now. This is really confusing.

"You're beautiful." Finn moves my hair from my face.

I didnt say anything but looking at him. Finn push his face closer to me and about to kiss me but I stop him. "Finn, you-you have a girlfriend." I said to him and push his body away slowly.

"I'm really sorry." Finn says.

"That's okay." I simply said and sit up.

I take the tots and start eating it again. Deep down I really want to kiss him but I cant do that and I guess now I know that my first love is back.
