I opened my eyes to Nìkolai standing over me. He was pulling a pair of sweatpants up my legs, dressing me slowly. “Sorry, I wasn’t trying to wake you.” He pecked my lips before helping me sit up on the bed. “How long did I sleep for?” I questioned worriedly, “Did I make us late?” “No, I let you sleep while I got things in order.” He pulled me to my feet and tugged the sweatpants the rest of the way up before knotting the drawstring around my waist. “Do you need help with anything?” I asked as I wiped the crust from my eyes. “Nope, I have everything taken care of.” He dropped a pair of sandals in front of me, making me slip them on.
