Chapter 6

Cedes POV

I don’t know what to think right now, I’m pretty sure I’m hallucinating or I’m dreaming. Since, Sarah is a witch, Grace must be as well. Am I a witch? Is that why I had tingles when I touched Eli? I have so many questions but first what in the world was around my apartment growling? It almost sounds like a dog but than I soon hear scratching and than howling. A wolf maybe? Sarah comes over to me, and I just look at her. She sits besides me and says, “I’m going to tell you who you truly are, it might be alot to take in but considering what is occurring I feel it best to tell you now.” I simply nod my head.

“I am a witch, my mom is also. But I’m not just a witch.. I’m considered a hybrid because my father is a werewolf. Outside of your apartment, those are rouges. They are similar to feral dogs, they have no pack, no home, no one truly controlling them.” I simply nod and than ask, “are you saying I’m a rouge?” She laughs! Sarah laughs at my question. I didn’t think it was a stupid question, I get the whole rouge thing, and I understand when she says she is a hybrid. I’ve read books growing up about werewolves, witches, and other magical creatures so it’s not much shock that they are real. I always thought how cool would it be to be a werewolf or hold some kind of power.

“You my dear friend are not a rouge..” she begins, “this next part I tell you might scare you or you might think I’m lying, but you are a Princess, and not just any Princess. You are THE WEREWOLF PRINCESS. The rouges are looking for you, your parents, the King & Queen, hid you as a baby with my mom and I to keep you safe.” She stops, I’m not sure if it’s so I can process what she is saying but I’m a Princess? “A werewolf Princess? I would’ve been fine just being a werewolf but a Princess? Why would my parents have to hide me? And if I’m a wolf aren’t I supposed to be able to talk to them or transform?” Sarah looks at me and smiles, “well I’m happy you did read those books clearly, so since you are a Princess, you are of royal blood. That’s why your amulet has R.B. Engraved on it, your parents hid you because someone out of the rouges tried to kidnap you as a baby. Your wolf once she comes through will explain more of why they tried. But there’s more to just you and your wolf..” Sarah takes a breath and begins again, “You have a twin.. a twin brother.”
