Scarlett pov The day we have all been dreaming of since watching Clueless when we were 5, has finally arrived. I have never really been a fan of school but to finally be starting High School made me get up 2 hours early just to prepare. I messaged my all time bestie Emma to make sure she was still okay to pick me up before school — there was no way I would be walking today and her older brother Ben was going to take us in his Ranger. Me: Hey girl just checking what time I should be ready for pickup? Emma: Ben said 7 or he would leave without us so be ready! 7am that only leaves me an hour! - why did Ben want to be so early? I jumped out of bed and into the shower. I had picked out my outfit the night before so that was easy - red tartan mini skirt with a black turtle neck and thigh-high black boots. I put on some subtle makeup, threw my hair up in a high pony tail and ran downstairs. My mum was the only one up and cooking bacon sandwiches for breakfast - YUM! “Letsi is your sister up?” my mum asked as I strolled over to help myself to one of the sandwiches she had just made. My names Scarlett but she refuses to shorten it to Scar so Letsi is her nickname for me- everyone else just calls me Scarlett. I walked back to the bottom of the stairs and shouted, “Sia you awake?!” She responded with a simple “Yeah”. My twin sister Anastasia, my other best friend/arch nemesis. I loved her and would protect her always but she really knew how to pull my strings if she wanted to. In 5th grade we threw a sleepover and she told everyone about the crush I had on Miloh Jones who was the year above us - thank god he moved schools before anyone could tell him. Sia ran down the stairs wearing a pink turtle neck, white mini skirt and white thigh high boots. We were identical and without even trying would end up in very similar outfits. “Can I catch a ride with you?”, Sia asked knowing I had arranged for Emma and Ben to pick me up this morning. Just as I was about to reply, I received a text from Emma- Emma: Outside “Yes but we gotta go now” and with that we both grabbed our bags and ran for the door. Emma was in the front seat in a white top with black dungarees and black converse. Ben was a vision wearing a simple white top and black skinny jeans. Emma made it very clear that her brother was off limits to friends but there was no harm in fantasising. UK Grime music was playing, Dave - Streatham - not what I would expect first thing on a Monday morning but hey, I was happy to not be walking. “Hey Scarlett, hey Sia — I forget sometimes how much you look like each other especially when you dress so similar”. Sia and I both had dark brown hair and blue eyes so unless you know us, people could rarely tell us apart. Emma was my best friend so she was rather good at this point. “Both looking on point by the way” Emma continued. We both said ‘thanks’ at the same time- wow were we really that cliche as twins. Ben hadn’t even looked up since arriving, he seemed to be texting someone. “Hey Ben, thanks for the ride” I said as Sia and I jumped in the back. When he finally looked up he seemed to stare in the mirror at Sia and I for a couple seconds, his eyes wide like a look I’d never seen him give before- Emma nudged him to make sure he was still here. “We’re making a quick detour before we head to school” Ben said snapping out of his trance like state. None of us objected as we kind of knew we were doing something if he wanted to leave this early. We pulled up to a huge house on the bottom of West Street, a few blocks away form my house. The garden itself was bigger than my entire house. Flower baskets hung from both sides of the front door and a vegetable garden was visible just under the main window. Who’s house was this? Ben honked the horn way too loud for in the morning. Within a couple of minutes, I could not believe who walked out — Miloh Jones. Ben pov I don’t know why I’ve never noticed my sisters friends before. I looked into my rear view mirror and there they were. Gorgeous brown hair, bright blue eyes and skin that made me want to kiss them all over. I found myself staring at their lips, I could barely tell them apart, one wore red lipstick and one wore pink and both were very kissable to say the least. Emma must of noticed me staring and nudged me to get moving. “We’re making a quick detour before we head to school” I promised Miloh I would pick him up as his car broke and is in the shop for the next week or so. We pulled up outside his house and I honked the horn. Miloh came out soon after and greeted me and Emma. He didn’t seem to notice the twins at first but when he went to open the back door, he seemed to have the same reaction as me and paused for a minute. Miloh pov Who are these sexy girls in the back of Ben’s truck? I was taking in their appearance, obviously they were twins and dayum were they gorgous. I kind of recognise them but I’m not sure where from. “Hey” I greeted them as I got into the remaining seat in the back. I was quite a large guy so it was a bit of a squeeze but I didn’t mind. My leg was pushing into the gorgeous brunette next to me. She was waring a cute red mini skirt with boots that only left the top of her thigh on show. I couldn’t help but think about what it would be like to nibble on them… my d**k stirred at that thought. “So you must be friends with Emma right?” I asked the girls as Ben started to drive us. The twin I was sat next to responded. “Yes, I’m Scarlett and this is Anastasia. I think we went to middle school together for a while before you left” So thats how I know these girls.. “Ah I think I remember, I’m Miloh.” The rest of the journey was quiet with Ben rapping along to his music. After about 15 minutes we pulled up to school and guess who was waiting by our usual spot…
