Silence lulled in the background as soon as I mentioned my identity. I didn't know what exactly caused it but I focused my gaze on Colton who was also holding my hand carefully.
"You cannot be the new CEO and everyone doesn't know you yet." Liam said, squinting doubtfully, and making me a bit annoyed.
