“I'm so sorry for causing you pain. This shouldn't have happened. I'm so…”
I looked away for a minute, not wanting to indulge in the pain but just catch a glimpse of the person who had bumped into me.
This was a wide path and didn't require anyone coming in contact with the other except it was necessary.
The man wore a cap that covered a large area of his face so I couldn't really identify him.
Was he the janitor or something?
“When did you start working here?”
“Not quite long ma. I came in with the cleaning agency. I was trying to locate the marketing office so that I could ask around to know if anyone needed anything. I was called to attend to them upstairs.”
His words were a little contradictory because the marketing office was an office slightly beneath mine.
