"Okay, get what you want Dianna," She let go of my hands.

I entered the store and was amazed by the design of the bags, clothes, and shoe designs. It was all newly arrived.

My parents closed the mall for me. Ayoko kasi ng masikip na daanan, so yeah, my parents will close the mall if we're going to bond here.

"Mom, look oh, It's pretty," Pinakita ko kay mom ang bag na tumitingin din ng bag. This bag caught my attention. It is a sling bag. Simple but elegant.

"Yes, It looks pretty, you want that?" My mom asked me. I nodded to her.

"Okay, we will get that." Mom took the bag from me and then gave it to one of the employees here.

"Mom, I think that's it. I'm already tired." Umupo ako sa upuan at pinikit ang aking mga mata while mom was waiting for the things to get pack. While dad was busy on his phone, brows furrowed. He looks like annoyed. Pero hindi ko na pinansin si dad baka lalong mainis.

"Let's go na, papahatid ko nalang 'yung kinuha natin earlier sa isang store." Tumayo na ako at inakbayan ako ni mom while we're walking. Dad was still on phone, dutdut ng dutdut.

There was someone following us. Siya 'yung nagdadala ng mga kinuha namin kanina. "You can open the mall later," The girl bowed and then headed back inside.

Mom open the back-seat door for me, "thank you, mom." she nodded then open the passenger seat.

"So, Anak, remember what we told you earlier, no boys except duke," Dad spoke while starting the engine.

"Yes, dad." Walang ganang ani ko dahil inaantok na nanaman ako.

Then I drove to sleep after that.

"Dianna, we're here," Napabangon ako tinignan ang paligid.Nasa labas na si mom and si dad naman ay nasa loob ng... restaurant, I thought uuwi na kami? Nakabukas na 'yung pinto dito. Si dad ay nasa loob na hinihintay kami and si mom ay nasa tapat ko kaya nakatingala ako sakanya.

"Mom, I thought we were going home already?" I confusedly asked. Mom chuckled then hold my shoulder. "We decided to celebrate your birthday here since we're going to leave the country and we were not able to attend your party." Oh, yeah, dating gawi na naman. I smiled bitterly. "Is there anything wrong anak?" Umupo na Siya sa tabi ko at hinaplos ang aking buhok. Umiling ako. Lumabas na ako sa kabilang pinto, leaving my mom inside. She heavily sighed.

"Hi dad," pagtawag pansin ko dahil he's looking at the menu. "Hi, darling, where's your mom?" Tumingin ako sa likod ko kung nakasunod ba si mom sa'kin and yeah, there she was, wearing her beautiful smile. Dad stood up from his chair to pull the chair for us, dad was so gentlemanly that's why my mom love him so much.

"So..." he said as he sat down on his chair. "What do you want, ladies?" he gets the menu again and looks for some foods that we're going to eat. "Dad, you know my favorite already," I said, smiling at him. "Steak," he said. "Bingo!" I snap my finger then we laughed after that. Mom ordered the same because the steak was so insane, well the chef too.

We're at the fancy restaurant but still wearing my uniform. Nakakahiya tuloy. Anyways, I like the chef here. Well, the chef here is a future engineer, and sumasideline lang siya if kulang sila sa chef. He was the son of the owner of the restaurant and he was the cousin of duke. Dionysus Alton Salazar.

He was tall, I think 6'1? If I'm not mistaken. He has porcelain skin, and ash brown that suits him so much, and he has dark grey eyes that I love the most about him.

TEAL BLUE

Wait... What? What's with the teal blue dianna? No, no. Ba't biglang pumasok siya sa isip ko? Erase, erase.

"Dianna, are you okay, honey?" Nagtataka akong lumingon kay mom. Napatingin na din ako kay dad na may pag-aalala sa kaniyang mukha at napatingin na din ako sa tao na nasa gilid ko. Si dio, na nag-aalalang nakatingin din sa'kin.

"H-huh? Yes mom, okay na okay po," I smiled to them. Nakakahiya andite crush ke ehhh enebe.

"Then why are you shaking your heads earlier?" Mom asked again, still concerned.

"A-ahh, sumakit lang po ulo ko kanina mom, kaya gano'n po." Pagpapalusot ko, dahil alam kong mukha akong tanga and ayoko nang maalala 'yon. Lalo na 'yang teal blue na 'yan. Nakakainis.

"Anyways, tita, here's your order na po. Meron pa po kayong gusto?" Alam ko na ang isasagot nina mom and dad kaya inunahan ko na sila. "Nothing more, thank you." He smiled at me. Grabe 'yung smile nang tutunaw, ha. Inunahan ko na si mom because mom will say na 'You, I want you for my daughter' right? How embarassing. Pero diba support sa kalandian ng anak. Pero if mom and dad keep convincing him then ma-off siya diba? Baka sabihin niya, inuutusan ko sila mom and dad na gano'n, minsan naman. Hehehe.

"Anak, bakit mo'ko inunahan? You want me to say that, right?" Napangiwi ako nang hindi maalala ni mom ang katangahan ko kanina.

"Mom, not now. I just got embarrassed earlier, remember?" She laughed and then continue her food.

"How school?" Dad asked while slicing his steak. Natigil ako sa paghihiwa ng steak. "I-it's good dad..." Shocks, why am I stuttering? Baka malaman na naman nila na nakipag-away na naman ako. "hmm..." Tumango si dad.

Napabuga ako ng hangin dahil naniwala sila sa sinabi ko.

"Are you sure?" Dad asked me again. This time, mom and dad were looking at me, waiting for my answer. "Yes, dad," I said while avoiding their gaze. "Okay, you said so." Dad shrugged his shoulders and they were back eating their steak again.

"Anak, kelan ka magkaka boyfriend?" Mom asked me again. Mom would ask me that question, again and again, every time my birthday will come. "Mom, how many times do I tell you that na once dio like me too?" I said. "Well, I saw dio kissing another girl last night," mahinang tugon niya pero umabot pa din sa'kin 'yon.

"Wait, what? Are you serious mom?" Hinawakan ko ang balikat niya at marahan pinaharap sa'kin. "Ahuh," mom nodded at me. I was kinda dissapointed when I heard that. Or maybe I was dissapointed because I assumed that he likes me too? I mean, who'll not gonna assume if gan'on ang pagtrato niya sa'yo? He's treating me like i'm his own. God, magpinsan nga. Napapahulog lang ang isang babae sa ginagawa nila. At magkaibigan nga kami ni sol. Parehas na tanga na nahuhulog lang sa mga ginagawa nila.

I heavily sighed. It took me years pa naman to have a new crush. Crush nga ba talaga? Bakit nahuhulog na? hays... "Wait mom and dad, are we even advance celebrating my birthday or nagtatanungan lang tayo here?" Taka silang tumingin sa'kin.

"Ba't ako nadadamay diyan? Kayo lang ng mom mo ang nag-uusap, ha?" Pagdedepensya niya sa sarili niya. Sus, parang kala mo hindi din nagtatanung na kung ano-ano kanina. Tapos parang kanina lang 'yung mukha niya nang aasar nangmakitang nalulung- I mean nadi-disapoint.

"Hay nako kayong dalawa. Magpicture na nga lang tayo!" Kinuha ni mom ang cellphone ko na nasa table at iniabot sa'kin 'yon, signing me to open it and take a picture of three of us. "Okay let's go!" Tumayo ako mula sa upuan ko then lumapit ako kila mom and dad at tumawag ng waitress to took us a picture.

"Okay ma'am, compress then smile!" The waitress said. Before she completely presses the button I put my hands up in the air and says, "wait!"

Kumuha ako ng upuan and nilagay iyon sa gitna nila mom. Nakakangalay kaya tumayo lang. I sat down between them. Kinuha ko ang headband ni mom na which is dark green na makapal, para naman kahit papaano is maganda ako kahit naka uniform pa din ako, diba.

We compress to each other then smiled. Naramdaman kong tumingin pa sa'min si dad at nakuhanan pa 'yon. Nang tignan ko lahat ng picture na nakuha, I saw that picture. Picture that dad was looking at the both of us with so much adoration in his eyes.
