Chapter 17

"I have a grandmother? Any other family I should know about? Wait the twins went into hiding how did this happen?"

Ashley chuckled "slow down lilly and breath"

" You have an uncle, several cousins and a grandfather who live in the covin as well as two nieces and a nephew. After Ryan and Dylan were born Cathy went into hiding with them. Two years later she came back home and brought them. Your grandparents and uncle have raised them. Your family is going to be floored when they find out about you." I didn't say anything. 

"So Lilly when we get there you need to put a hood on until we get to your room . I'm going to take a sample of your blood and give it to grandma. I'm not sure what she is going to do but it's also a surprise for her." 

Rachel and Ashley left me in the most beautiful room I've ever seen. They needed to talk to my family. 

-Ashley-

I carried a vial of Lilly's blood to grandma Lilacs office. I had called a family meeting. I walked in and am glad to see everyone is waiting but my husband and his brother in law.  They won't be back for a week.

"Thank you everyone for coming. Today I was honored to meet a young wolf who needs help. Are help. The fates have led her to our doorstep and upon further inspection of the situation I have found some interesting things. Grandma Lilac would you and grandpa Marcus will you please inspect this blood. I would like to see if you get the same result."

Grandma looked at me weird but grabbed the vial. "You are talented Ashley and I have never seen you doubt yourself before. This must be big." 

I nodded and watched them do their thing. Grandma dropped the vial looked at me and ran. Grandpa followed. 

"What the hell." Uncle Tom said. 

"Follow them." 

-Lilly-

An women who looked just like my mom but with dark hair bursted into my room followed by a man. "It's not possible. She died after they were born. You look just like her. Oh my baby. Where is your mother?" 

"She died."

"What. How and when?"

"According to everyone two almost three years ago."

"I want to see"

"What do you mean?"

She grabbed my head, put her forehead on mine and started chanting something. 

I saw flashes of the last several years happen. She pulled back and her eyes turned black. "Talia" she screamed. "I will kill you for this." 

She left the room. Ashley & two men stood there. "Um, is she going to be ok?"

"Yes. She is Lilly. That was your grandma Lilac and this handsome fellow is your grandpa Marcus and this is uncle Tom."

"Um nice to meet you and no offense shouldn't they be older?"

They all chuckled. My grandpa stepped forward and said. "Just like wolves we stop aging but due to are magic we can live twice a long then a wolf. Now my darling granddaughter welcome home but I must attend to your grandmother and see what my child has done now." He hugged me and left. 

-Lilac-

"Marcus Talia killed her and tried to kill Lilly. She ripped her heart out."

He grabbed me and hugged as I sobbed for my child and grandchild. "What do you suppose we do?"

"She is my daughter but she has caused so much pain through the years. I want to gather the council to gather and for her to be stripped of her magic. Lilly must be trained and I want her mate brought here. Perhaps the bond can be restored. We owe her that." 

"So shall it be my love."
