They were on the field, though quite far from the Tower, and very close to the stream that its other side meets the market. Juana for very obvious reasons would have preferred fighting Conrad closer to the Tower, that way she could easily fight other soldiers that attacked her people. Conrad knew that too and had transported her to the other side of the field, which was quite far from the Tower. It really surprised her that he could do that. People had always thought them to be equally powerful but deep down in her heart, she had thought she was a little stronger. Someone came prepared, she thought. She was exhausted ft. She knew he was tired too. He wasn't trying to kill her and she didn't want to kill him either. It felt more like he was trying to stop her from fighting for her people
