Swallowed by the darkness, there was no light in sight. I heard faint voices, but they were so muddled. I couldn’t determine who was speaking. Or what the conversation entailed, I had a guess though. Part of me wanted to sit up and look around. Not sure that I wasn’t already in a seated position. Having no feeling of what my body was doing or where it was. Whispers crossed through the air. I wanted to flinch when I felt them brush against my skin. A whisper wasn't a form. How could it touch my skin? Nothing there, not multiple voices in the air but one. One feminine voice trying to reach out. My body warmed as the only person I knew this could be. Hope was always by my side, even when I didn’t know it, I wasn’t surprised that she came again!
