Unable to sleep despite the bone-shaking weariness clinging to her body and mind, Serena pushed open the stable doors. Thinking spending some time with Starfire would calm her, she reached for one of the brushes left by one of the hands on top of a barrel. The moment her hand touched the wooden handle everything inside her seemed to soften.
