Chapter 14

"Where's the money, Dmitry?" Uncle Hedeon asked the man calmly as he looked at the man sitting in his office chair and who was looking at us with wide terrified eyes.  "I-I don't have it, boss, I promise I'll-I'll have it by the end of the w-w-week," he stuttered out as he sat there looking like he was seconds away from crapping his pants, and honestly, I think he should be scared.  "I," Uncle Hedeon paused as he looked at me feigning a look of confusion, "if I'm not mistaken, didn't he say he'd have the money by last week?"  I felt a sadistic smile come onto my features and I couldn't help myself as I realised that today, today I was going to take out all of my pent up frustrations. I was definitely dressed for the occasion with a short black dress, my guns strapped to my thighs, my knives around my waist and all of this covered with a huge black fur coat that dragged on the floor.  Uncle Hedeon looked back at the man sitting in the chair who was looking at us, frozen. "Please! I'll pay double!"  Dmitry was a sneaky millionaire businessman. He bought drugs every month from my father, drugs worth RUB 1 million, and that's on a bad month. This time he bought supply for RUB 10 million and asked for two months to pay it off, pay it off he did not. My father decided to give him an extra week and now we were here. If he didn't have the money, we would leave with his head and give it to my father and he would use that as an example to his other clients.  I looked at Czar who was standing against the huge window the man had in his office which showed the entire city- a beautiful view for such an ugly worthless fat pig in a designer suit. "Czar, are you going to take care of this, or should I?" I asked him silently as I took out one of my favourite knives from around the belt on my waist.  I saw from the corner of my eye, Dmitry pull out a gun but Czar had noticed even though his back was facing every one of us in this room, with a knife he flung it expertly at Dmitry and it hit him right through the wrist and attached to the wall behind his chair as he cried out. His hand now against the wall and the gun fell to the floor.  I didn't even bat an eye as I continued with my knives and walked to Dmitry's table, placing my knives neatly and orderly on the table. "Which would you like?" I asked Dmitry sweetly, as though I was asking about ice cream flavours, "do you prefer German blades? I mean, Germans really do have style, I like this," I said softly as I picked up the two blades, and looked at the sharp and shiny ends, as well as the brown wood around the handle, "damn, I love myself some German knives. Unless, of course, you like Japanese? Whichever one, Dmitry, I pulled out some of my best, just for you."  But for Japanese instead of blades, I held chef knives and I was so excited. I couldn't wait to see how Dmitry would react.  Dmitry was crying now, begging for mercy as he held his severed hand that was against the wall. "Please, please, Miss Hutcherson!" He begged me. That was what I was known by, Miss Hutcherson and Czar, obviously Mr Hutcherson. "I'll pay back the money! I'll pay it all back!"  I almost rolled my eyes, almost, as I looked down at the five knives in front of me and then looked at Dmitry, "which one?" I asked him again, giving him a chance to pick which he wanted to be killed with. But he shook his head, sobbing and I looked down at the floor, seeing that he had peed all over himself.  "Eeny, meeny, miny, moe," I recited as my fingers purposely met with the Japanese chef knife.  "Ok! Ok! I have the money! I have it! It's in the safe over there!" He screamed out when I picked up the knife. "The password is 2134657809! Please don't hurt me, it's all in there! It's RUB10 million with extra cash as well!"  I turned my head to look at Uncle Hedeon standing in front of a huge silver safe that was about 10 metres in length and 3 metres in height. When he entered the combination, there were just stacks and stacks of money. I looked at uncle Hedeon as he entered the safe and looked around.  Uncle Hedeon is my father's best friend and right hand man. He's a stone hard killer, silent and deadly. Czar and he couldn't be more alike. He doesn't have a woman, he doesn't have a child, and honestly, I don't think he could ever be bothered. He's not the typical uncle who gives you money whenever he sees you, or the uncle who makes jokes with you or drones on about his life stories, he's the uncle who accompanied you when you have to "take care" of your first client.  "I knew you'd come around Dmitry," uncle Hedeon spoke as he walked out of the safe and to Dmitry, "but I'm afraid it's too late..." He said when Dmitry smiled and it came off as he shook his head begging some more, "Czar and I will take the money," uncle Hedeon said as he looked at me, "make it messy."  I watched as uncle Hedeon and Czar approached the safe, holding suitcases and I looked back at Dmitry, my sadistic smile on my face as I tilted my head, "now, where were we? Oh yes, Japanese..."  ~~~ "What the f**k has you zoning out?" Czar asked, unlike his harsh words, his tone held calmness and ease.  I rolled my eyes but sighed as I laid my head back on the plush leather seats of the matte black Maserati Czar had bought spontaneously as we were sitting in uncle Hedeon's custom made Ferrari, half an hour ago. We had just left Dmitry's company building he owned when he saw the exclusive car sales garage and he demanded uncle Hedeon stop the car as he got out and I followed him, taking the severed head with me as though it wasn't dripping blood and walked to the matte black Maserati which was unlocked.  I sat in the passenger seat and Hedeon took out money from his coat's pockets, and bought it. My father found it necessary to give us extreme amounts of money as spending every day, and I wasn't complaining. Because you never know when a car will call out your name or certain materialistic items will pique your interest.  "Nothing."  "If it was nothing then why the f**k are you zoning out?"  I put the cigar in between my lips, taking a deep breath as I let out a thick cloud of smoke, watching it form in front of my face as music blared from the speakers, from Czar's phone and the windows were rolled down. The severed head that belonged to Dmitry was in the backseat, of course, it too travelling in luxury as I looked down at my bloodied hands.  "Something happened," I admitted to Czar, knowing he could hear me very well over the Russian music that was playing. "With Mr Kim..."  He scoffed in response, "what happened?" He asked. His tone nonchalant and flat and I know that he isn't even in the least bit interested in my life or who annoys me, but I assume he just wants to talk.  "I..." I don't know how I can tell him this but I know that at least if I tell him, he'll keep it to himself because he's not one to snitch and really all he cares about is himself. "I kissed Mr Kim." I said truthfully and calmly as though I was telling him about my day.  He was silent and I would've thought that he didn't hear me if I didn't know him so well. The car stopped at a red light and he whipped his head in my direction, "you kissed the Chinese English teacher?"  "He's Korean."  "Listen, Chinese, Japanese, Congolese, I don't give a f**k, you f*****g kissed a teacher," Czar said, his voice levelled, "when did this bullshit happen?"  "Yesterday," I said to him.  "H...how the f**k did it happen yesterday when you didn't even f*****g go to school?" The car roared again as he took off when the robot turned green and we were off to our other mansion, 7 hours from our main mansion.  "I went after school and he was there and one moment I'm giving his present, the next we’re fighting and after that all I know is that we kissed," I said to him as I finally turned to glance at him to see him paying attention to the road and I gauged his reaction.  If anyone knows how to keep their emotions in check and from anyone seeing them, it's Czar. He's way better than uncle Hedeon and aunt Galina. You could shoot the boy and he'd give you no reaction. Czar isn't an open book even to us, his family. He's closed off and reserved and even right now with my expert eyes that could call my father's bluff from a mile away, eyes which could notice Uncle Hedeon's pulse quicken when he attempted to lie to me, these expert eyes saw nothing but a calm Czar.  He had his one hand on the steering wheel and the other hand on the gears as he looked at me and then back at the road. He began to chuckle before he started to laugh and I frowned, wondering what was so funny.  "You kissed the English teacher..." He said in between laughs, almost like he couldn't believe it, "wow...I guess you're not as boring as I thought." He said as the car drove into the yard of the mansion and I turned, taking the severed hand as the car moved along the curve smoothly and I could see my mother in the pool, my father standing and watching her and Victoria sitting on a giant floating peacock.  "But you're not as smart either," he finished before he got out of the car and walked away and I got out as well. My heels clicking on the floor as I held the hair of the severed head in my fingertips, blood dripping onto the floor with each step, making a trail as I walked to my father and he gave me a wide smile, my mother screamed and cursed when she saw it but Victoria just looked at me and then put her sunglasses back on as my father followed behind me and we walked into the mansion.  ~~~
