Blurb

Sneering at the flicker of fear in

my eyes,

You made your way to my side,

You kissed me, your lips

stained with lies.

Your blade you raised,

Glinting in the moonlight’s

daze,

Slowly swooping down to me,

The air now a crumbling maze.

A mysterious, quiet, cool

danger rained down,

But he made a sound,

And into darkness you had

grown.

Mission: Kidnap the presidents son
"Hey Diana! Wear this!" The said girl turned around to look for the source of the voice. She was Diana... A girl with dyed red hair, icy blue eyes and pale skin; all creating an innocent look, but honestly, Diana was anything but innocent. She was found in a jungle when she was only six years old, by a man she now recognized as her boss. He had both raised and trained her, Trained her because he was some kind of criminal. He had kidnapped and killed many people just for the sake of money. He wanted to make her strong so she could spread terror amongst other people. Diana was raised to be cold, merciless, and always be ready to take revenge. Every gang feared Diana, because if one mistake happened, Diana wouldn't hesitate to kill them. She looked quiet and pathetic, like she couldn't hold up her own, but looks can be quite deceiving, and Diana will never let anyone take her down. "What's that?" Diana asked narrowing her eyes at the stylist, who was holding an outfit in front of her. "It's your school uniform." The stylist replied simply as Diana stood aside. She looked at him with a confused expression. "Your dad gave me this." He added to assure her. Diana stared at the uniform weirdly in the stylist's hands. "It's too short." She commented bluntly as she brought her gaze up from the uniform to stare at the stylist. "Yeah, but you have to wear it." Diana nodded her head with a defeated sigh and picked up her eyeliner from her desk to finish getting ready. "Okay then, I'm going to go outside so you can change your clothes." The stylist said as they placed the uniform on the couch and left, closing the door behind them. Diana looked at the mirror again, eyeing her reflection alongside the uniform. Even though she acted like a boy most of the time, she still had a girly personality deep within her. Diana walked over to the uniform and picked it up from the couch--after finishing her makeup, and observed the uniform for awhile before finally putting it on. As Diana turned around to observe herself in the mirror, you could tell that she had a skinny body that seemed like any dress could fit her--almost like a model. After a few minutes, there was a soft knock at the door. "Come in.." Diana said looking from her reflection to the door. "Wow, you look..pretty." The Stylist said with slightly widen eyes as he glanced at Diana. "Here, let me do your new hairstyle." He added as he guided her towards the chair. Diana nodded her head as she sat down in the chair with her hands in her lap. The Stylist smiled softly, and began brushing and styling her hair. "Diana.. Aren't you ready yet?" A sudden voice called from outside the door. "I'm ready, only my hair is the last thing left." She replied quickly to the voice. "Alright, Come down when your finished, and make it quick." The voice said as they walked away from the door. A few minutes later, the stylist had finally finished her hairstyle, a simple ponytail with side roll . She quickly grabbed her bag before turning to the stylist. "My servant will pay you." Diana said and left through the door. She could feel her stomach twist and turn with nerves, since right now, she didn't even know her purpose. She just ran downstairs quickly and reached for the main door's doorknob. A car waited for her outside in front of the house. Diana held onto her bag and walked towards the car with a fast pace. She opened the unlocked trunk door and threw her bag inside. She then quickly closed the trunk's door and walked to the back passenger side of the car, and got in. When she got seated, she noticed that her boss was driving--Hugh was his name. He turned around so he was facing Diana, and handed her something. She looked at the object in her hands, quickly noting it was a picture of some strange guy. He appeared to be a teenager, probably a little older than her from the looks of it. She wanted to ask the boss something, perhaps somewhere along the lines of, 'why did you give me a picture of a boy?' Or, 'Who is this strange boy in the picture?' "Boss...Who is he?" She finally asked after awhile of silence. Hugh smirked slightly as he looked at Diana. "That is Tristan, the president's son. He is 19 years old, and studying in Royal High School." Many more questions suddenly popped in Diana's mind. Like, 'why is he telling me that?' And, 'what am I supposed to do?' Diana was a bit confused about all this. As her mind was flooding with more and more questions about her relationship to the boy in the photograph. "What are you up to? Why are you telling me all this?" Hugh smiled. "It's simple, Your mission is to kidnap him." Diana was honestly shocked. She looked at Hugh weirdly. "What? Why do I have to kidnap him?" Diana asked with a raised eyebrow--to make it seem like she is confused about this. "He is highly attracted to girls, you know. And you're not exactly ugly. It's business, so just do whatever I say." Hugh said as he judged Diana up and down. "Okay." Diana said. But honestly, she was still lost in her thoughts 'what is the purpose behind all of this? why he is ordering me to kidnap a random teenage jerk?' While Diana was still in her thoughts, the car had came to a stop in front of a school called, 'The Royal High School ' Hugh rolled down his window and stuck his head out as Diana moved to get out of the car. "Diana. The stuff you need to do is in your bag. I'll wait for you at back door, behind the school." Hugh said. He quickly noticed her nervousness and smiled reassuringly. "You can do it... it's a piece of cake!" He said encouragingly. She smiled and nodded. The the car soon left and Diana stood frozen due to nervousness. Then, gaining back her confidence, she entered the school's main gate. When she walked through the gate, she saw a few students sitting on the grass working together in study groups. But when her gaze went from the working students to the school building, her eyes widen and her jaw dropped. "Wow... It's beautiful...Is it a castle?" Diana said to herself as she looked over the building. There was a water fountain a few meters in front of the main building's door, which shined brightly from the sun reflecting on it. Before Diana had more time to admire the school building, the bell had rang and all the students seemed to be heading back inside. So, she decided to follow them and walk inside the castle-like-building. As she followed the students in the building, she over heard a group of girls having a conversation and decided to eavesdrop on them--seeing if she could learn anything relevant to her mission. "Do you know, we're going to the music room and gonna listen to someone sing?" One girl said excitedly to the other, as they walk down the corridors. "It's gonna be Tristan. Yay!!" The other girl screamed happily. 'This should be the Tristan in the photograph.' Diana thought. She then quickly made up her mind and decided to follow the group of girls around. While she followed the group around, she had heard some other girls chatting about the male. 'Damn, they were also talking about him like he was some kind of god.' But, that atmosphere made her heart feel at peace and not have a bad feeling. After awhile, She finally reached the music room after following the girls. When she looked inside, she had noticed a few strange objects placed randomly in the room, objects she had only ever seen on TV. She could faintly recall someone telling her that those objects were musical instruments. She looked at the foreign objects with an intrigued gaze, admiring their unique shapes and sizes. She then noticed a crowd in the room, so she decided to stand to the side. A boy stood at the center of the crowd holding one of the instruments in his hands. This one instrument was recognizable to her as a guitar, one that appeared more often on the TV. Three quarters of the crowd were gathered around the boy with the guitar. So, she could pretty easily see the boy. His face seemed almost familiar to her, it took her a moment to realize why; he was the boy in the photo, Tristan was it? When Diana gazed to her side, she realized a girl was standing beside her. "Hi! I'm Stacy." The girl beside her said, looking at her. "Diana." Diana said to the girl. "I haven't seen you here before." Stacy said with a smile "Yeah, I'm kind of new here." Diana wasn't used to this type behavior, she never really had to introduce herself to a fellow peer. She usually doesn't talk with people, except when she's mad at them or if its one of her missions. "Is this your real hair or did you dye it?" "No, I dyed it," Diana replied "By the way, who is that boy that everyone is crowding around?" Diana asked as she pointed to the boy, wanting to make sure he was Tristan. "You don't know him? Really?" The girl asked in a horribly loud voice. Diana actually found the loud voice quite awkward. "Not really." "Oh my god! Oh! I can't believe it! Anyways, He is the most handsome, beautiful, and famous boy--not to mention he is our president's son, TRISTAN!" The girl said in a very creepy tone. Diana simply rolled her eyes at the girl's behavior. "Okay..." "Only okay?? That's horrible. You're crazy!!" The girl yelled as she walked away. Diana rolled her eyes at the girl again before she turned her attention to watch Tristan as he started tuning the instrument. Diana frowned thoughtfully. 'So...he is my mission...I'll have to kidnap that guy. He seems to be kinda flirty. I really, really, hate those type of people.' Diana then focused her full attention on him. He was singing something, something familiar. Diana knew that song, she remembered her mother use to sing it to her when she was younger. His voice was beautiful and peaceful as he sang the lyrics: "Cause this love is only getting stronger And I don't wanna wait any longer I just wanna tell the world that you're my girl..." But when his eyes found Diana's, he suddenly winked at her and changed the words. "She looks so perfect standing there in my American Apparel underwear And I know now, that I'm so down... Your lipstick stain is a work of art I've got your name tattooed in an arrow heart and I know now, that I'm so down..." That only made Diana furious. 'So he really is a nasty pervert.' she thought. The period was finally over and Diana still hadn't gotten a chance to get close to him. She sighed and started heading to the café for some coffee. Once there, she sat in a seat next to the window with a coffee cup in her hand; she then saw Tristan and his friends walking into the café. "You guys go ahead, I'll be there in a moment." Tristan says turning his head to his friends, who nodded and went to go buy something. Diana was staring at the male curiously. 'This is the chance for me to convince him. But what am I gonna do? Think Diana, think...' Tristan walked up and sat beside Diana with a flirty smile. Diana slightly moved away from the male, feeling a bit awkward. "Hey baby! I'm Tristan." Tristan said as he moved his hand towards her own. "Diana." She replied simply moving her hand away. "Nice name! So, I think you're new here." He smirked awkwardly and put his hand down on the table. "Maybe I am, maybe I'm not..." Diana said as she gave him a uncomfortable smile. Tristan was excited because he found her attractive, she had a different look from the rest of the girls. She had unusual light red hair and icy blue eyes. That made her look mysterious. Tristan had honestly never seen a girl like her before. "So, I'm gonna give you a short introduction of myself." Tristan said as he started a long speech of his introduction. (So much for short) Diana was still staring at him awkwardly, deep in her own thoughts 'There must be a way to convince him... But how?' "Hey are you listening to me? Or are you falling for me?" He winked. 'No, no, no, no. No way. What??' She felt shocked and stood up, surprised. "Are you crazy?" she said as she stared at him. "Yeah baby I am, crazy for you." Tristan said flirtatiously... Diana suddenly smiled, deciding to play along for a minute, she winked back as she moved away from her chair and left the café, taking her coffee with her. That simple action had made Tristan proud--because he is popular after all, and he could get any kind of girl he wanted. As Tristan looked down, he saw a small piece of paper on that table. "A love letter, Cool!" Tristan felt both happy and curious. So, he opened the folded piece of paper. As Tristan opened the letter, he let his eyes travel along the written words: I have something important to tell you, meet me at the back of the school 2:00pm♡ -DIANA Tristan thought that she was probably going to tell him that she loves him and she can't live without him--even though they had just met. With a happy smile, Tristan got up from his seat and walked over to where his friends were waiting for him. The day had passed rather quickly, and Diana had to have patience for all the people talking about Tristan, and she was actually glad that she had made it through the day. "Finally it's almost 2:00 pm!" Diana exclaimed as she moved towards the backside of the school. 'All day long, I had to hear about that stupid, nasty, perverted jerk. I really hate this mission. If boss had given me orders to kill someone, I can do that easily. But this...Urghhh!' Diana thought sullenly. Diana made her way to the back of the school waiting for Tristan to show up. 'No one else seems to be here.' She thought happily as she looked around seeing that there was no one there except her for now. She then heard someone's footsteps and a voice calling out to her. "Baby! Are you here? It's Tristan. I'm ready for kissing or something, we can even do more than that if you want. I know this really cool place where no one would find us..." Tristan trailed off as he looked around searching for Diana. While Tristan looked around, Diana had hid herself behind a side wall out of sight. She had taken both the chloroform and handkerchief from her bag that her boss had most likely put in there for her, and poured some of the chloroform on the handkerchief. As Diana watched Tristan walk closer to where she was hiding, she waited until his back was turned before she shot up and reached around his body to placed the chloroform around Tristan's mouth and nose. She felt Tristan struggle a little, but she pressed it tighter against his mouth and nose before he suddenly went limp in her arms. 'Finally.... I made it.' Diana struggled a little as she dragged Tristan around the back door. When she opened the door, she saw that Hugh was indeed there waiting in his car. With a little bit of struggling, Diana had finally managed to get Tristan into the back seat. She then followed after. The car then sped off with the door closed with both her and an unconscious Tristan inside...
