Franco took a deep breath, closed his eyes. Yes, he was ready to kiss her again, but she pleaded with him not to. He didn't know her reasons, nodded, let her go. Susan was grateful that he did. She already had enough of being the object of his amusement; she didn't want to become the object of his release as well. She called the flight attendant and ordered a whiskey for him, preferring to leave him alone as she went to sit in front of the television screen.
