Happy Birthday(Tony x reader)

"He will keep her like the princess she is just like the Prince he is."
(y/n) woke up with a lazy yawn as the sun rays swept in from the open windows and kissed her skin.
She sat up and stretched her limbs and looked to the other side of the bed , hoping to see Tony sleeping but it was empty.
She touched his side of the bed.
' It's still warm. He must have been gone for long.'
She looked at the clock,
6:53 A. M.
Tony never was an early riser, it was (y/n) who would wake up early.
"Good morning, sleeping beauty."
(Y/n) turned her head at that voice which came from the door. And there he was, leaning on the door frame. Hands folded and a smile stretched on his lips .
"Hope you slept well."
He walked towards her and sat down on the bed , just beside her.
His next actions were not what (y/n) thought would be.
(Y/n)'s P. O. V.~
Tony leaned down and captured my lips with his in a soft gentle kiss.
The kiss was so sweet ,I felt like I would melt. Such a soft gesture.
He pulled away to look at my blushing face.
"Tony ?"
His one hand was planted on the mattress beside me to keep his balance and the other caressed my face.
"You look so beautiful blushing like this. "
He put a few strands of my (h/c) hair behind my ear.
"Get ready for the day. It will be full of surprises. "
He kissed the tip of my nose.
"And yeah , Happy Birthday, (y/n)."
Tony whispered in my ear and stood up from the bed with a kiss on my forehead.
He looked over his shoulder just before exiting the room and winked at me.
And here I sat , on the bed, blushing at my boyfriend's affections.
I should probably freshen up for the day as he said.
Tony's P. O. V.~
I grinned as I exited her room.
Start the morning with a few kisses. Done !
Now it's time for breakfast on the roof. Then there's this, the ring.
I pulled out the diamond ring I bought for (y/n). I will treat her like the princess she is.
(Y/n)'s P. O. V~
I wore a yellow sundress and decided to go to the kitchen for breakfast.
I gasped as I was about to collide with Tony who was standing in front of the kitchen.
"Not here,"
With that he grasped my hand and took me to the roof of Avengers Tower.
There was a table layed with two chairs. I and Tony sat down on the chairs ,
"Coffee or tea ?"
"Coffee ,"
He poured cover on two cups and handed me one.
"Mm.. It's good ,"
"Glad you like it."
I looked at Tony, he is the best boyfriend I have ever had.
I smiled to myself as I drank the coffee.
"I recommend we enjoy the view."
I looked at where he was looking, the city.
Yeah. How could I forget that the Avengers Tower overlooked the whole New York city.
"It is wonderful !"
He smirked as he sipped his coffee.
"Where are the others ?"
"Hmm... They have gone to the mall in the city."
I opened my mouth to ask why but Tony beat me to it,
"It's a surprise as to what they are buying."
"Okay."
Though I wanted to know, I would wait if it's a surprise.
"Strawberries?"
I looked forward to see Tony holding a Strawberry in front of my mouth.
I can't say no to strawberries, now can I ?
I opened my mouth and bit on the fruit. A little bit of juice trickled down my lips. I moaned as the sweet taste of the strawberry dissolved in my mouth.
I closed my eyes and enjoyed the fruit. And then I heard the scrapping of a chair being pushed backwards and footsteps towards me.
And then someone tipping my chin upwards and the feeling of lips being pressed to mine.
My eyes went wide as I stared at Tony . This is the second unexpected kiss of this morning. I closed my eyes and kissed back. His tongue darted out to lick the strawberry juice off my lips.
Then he pulled back. A bit of juice smeared on his lips , which he licked off.
"I had to clean your lips."
He said with a smirk and a wink.
"Yeah, I almost forgot,"
Tony pulled out a flower from behind him. A red rose ! My favourite flower. He sure knows how to woo me.
"A beautiful flower for a beautiful woman."
With that he placed the flower in my hair, above my ear.
"That enhances your beauty."
I touched the flower and felt happiness sweep through me. As if I wasn't happy enough. I am so lucky to have Tony.
"Now come on, the others will he here soon."
"Sir, the others are already here, waiting in the Living Room."
Jarvis' electronic voice filled the room.
"Better hurry up."
And we both went down to the Living Room where the rest of the team was.
"Happy Birthday, (y/n) !"
"Thanks guys !"
"Not yet, let us give you the gifts."
Steve came forward and handed me a box of chocolates and candies.
"Aww, that's so sweet of you, Steve."
I hugged him and he hugged back.
Then came Thor,
"Happy Birthday, Lady (y/n) !! May you have a long and prosperous life !!"
He said in a booming voice and handed me... Pop-tarts ? Haha , what more could we expect from Thor ? He loves Pop-tarts.
"Thanks Thor."
Thor embraced me in a tight hug , making it difficult to breathe,
"T..Thor...ca-cant breathe..."
"Sorry for that , Lady (y/n),"
"It's okay ,"
And with that, Thor flashed a wide grin at me.
"Hey, (y/n) , here, it's for you , I think you would like it."
Clint, he handed me a plush teddy. A huge one.
"Wow , Clint , it's so soft ! Thanks !"
And then, it was Loki,
"(Y/n), I think you would like this,"
A golden bracelet, with an emerald at its middle. As expected from him, elegant gorgeous and beautiful.
"I love it Loki ! Thanks "
I hugged Loki and he hesitantly hugged back. Hmm.. maybe, he hasn't been accustomed to our friendly physical touch till now .
"Don't open it now, open it later, before the party. "
As expected from Nat. All mysterious. But I don't mind waiting. She is my best friend after all.
"As you wish, bestie."
She patted my shoulder and said,
"Enjoy your day, birthday girl. Your boyfriend has planned something big for you."
Ugh... The more I try to sustain my curiosity, the more they hike it up.
Well, now that everyone has returned to their rooms, I looked behind to see that the couch is full of the gifts I received.
A strong arm wrapped around my waist from behin and I was pulled back into a strong chest. I felt hot breath caress the junction of my neck and shoulder.
"So, how's your day so far ? Do you like it ?"
"Tony, this is the best Birthday I have ever had. "
"It's just the trailer. The film hasn't even started yet."
Tony let out a laugh and I smiled at him.
"I am gonna treat you like the princess you are , (y/n)."
"Thanks, my prince."
I turned around in his arms to take Tony's face in my hands and reached up on my tip toes to kiss him tenderly.
Just as Tony tried to intensify the kiss,
"Hey you two , get a room !"
I immediately pulled back from Tony with a blush spread across my face. It was Clint.
"Damn it , Barton, you just ruined our moment together."
"Yeah , we just had 12% of our moment before you decided to interrupt us, Clint."
I said with a pout.
"Anyway, I will be going. Enjoy yourselves, lovebirds."
Clint waved at us before he went wherever he was going.
"Anyway, Jarvis, what time is it now ?"
"It's noon , Sir."
"Perfect, (y/n) , come with me."
I stared at him with one eyebrow raised. What does he have in store for me , now ?
Well, only way to find out is to go with him.
