Avery takes him upstairs, to a little room at the end of the hall. It’s dark here, not quite so noisy, and they’re alone. Finally, they’re alone. As Avery closes the door, Jacob frowns. “What time is it?” His voice slurs. Avery shrugs. “It’s getting late.” He helps Jacob to the bed. “We can stay here. I don’t think Parker’s in any shape to drive us back.” Jacob sits on the edge of the bed and yawns. Suddenly he’s very sleepy. He falls back to the mattress and closes his eyes. The bed shifts as Avery crawls over him. “You tired?” Avery whispers, his voice purring against Jacob’s neck. Warm lips leave damp imprints along his jaw and a knee rises between his legs, pressing sweetly into his crotch. Jacob’s breath is a hiss in the darkness. “Not too tired,” he sighs.
