Four days has passed and Maxi was still contemplating over Roy and if she should make contact with him, because in the back of her mind she has this picture perfect family and her heart was longing for a family of her own. Maxi refused to think about her being a single mother because she didn't want to be the joke of the family. It was enough for her that the servants in the house are discussing her personal affairs but her worst fear was if the community will start to hear about her pregnancy. She then decides to give Nickey a call to inform her about everything. Maxi called Nickey and told her about everything Nickey was shocked but at the same time also relieved that the truth is out now there is no more secrets and also for the fact that Maxi's aunt and uncle supports her throughout this whole process. Nickey than asked her about Roy and what she's going to decide. Maxi than told Nickey that she has been thinking about contacting him and giving him another chance to prove himself to her and her family. What? Are you mad? After he humiliated you in front of a*****e full of people? You have to be kidding me right? Maxi responded no I'm not, just think about it what if he chances for the better and starts treating me right aswel as our child wouldn't it be nice to have our own little family together instead of raising a child alone out of wedlock?what if his the man I'm suppose to marry? What will I tell our child one day? What if he is really trying to be a better person?.Nickey than said Maxi don't be naive do you really think he want you back so that he can treat you better he only saw that you come from a rich family now he is after your money please wake up!. No you all are judging him before you give him a chance I just feel that one can't just a person just because of one act. Maxi started to get angry because she really hoped that Nickey would have her back in this but it's clearly not the case just like everyone else she thinks that she is better of without Roy but why does it feel so wrong his the first guy she ever kissed and shared a special moment with now she has to give up on him. If not him who will show any interest in her after knowing she is a single mother, will she ever find love again after this and will she ever feel whole again because she can't picture herself raising a child alone. These were all the thoughts that was running through Maxi's mind she quickly than asked Nickey if she could call her back because her aunt is calling, but that was a lie just to end the call. Nickey than agreed and Maxi ended the call, right after dropping the call with Nickey she punched in Roy's number and called him. He was so quick to answer the call as if he was waiting for her to call. Hi it's me Maxi you asked me to call you did you mean everything you said back at the mall the other day? Yes yes yes I did I'm so sorry babe I didn't mean any of it can we please start over only you me and our child. Maxi than asked him who was the women with you the other night Roy said she was no one and that the women meant nothing to him he promised. Maxi believed every word he said and asked him to come over to their house the following day and Roy instantly agreed and said he will be there. Maxi than ended the calling feeling relieved and started to plan the menu for the following day to come she wants everything to be perfect and she hopes that her uncle and aunt will respect her decision and that they will understand why she did it because she needs their support throughout this process and she doesn't want them to be mad at her.
