After Maxi was done showering she immediately went into the kitchen to start with her cleaning duties to her surprise all the other servants were given three days off so she has to do all the work all by herself for the next three days straight. Maxi didn't mind at all she was determined to do all the work and to prove to her uncle and aunt that she was really sorry for lying to them. At the back of her head although she felt hurt by the way Roy treated her all Maxi could think about was the way he made her feel and couldn't help but longing for him and wanting to see him badly. It is very hard for her to think about anything else and with Nickey constantly reminding her to go for a checkup at the doctor and that she should forget about what happened between her an Roy. She doesn't have anyone to open up to just to ask for advice and support. Three weeks have passed and still no sign of Roy maxi started to feel used and was wondering if all the things Nickey said about Roy was true did he really just used her and after finding out that she is just a servant he lost his interest in her. There were a lot of negative thoughts going through her head is she good enough? She even went so far to tell herself she is worthless and dump. Days went by as she cried herself to sleep at night and woke up with puffy eyes and than it clicked she and Roy never exchanged numbers or addresses so mb he is also looking for her as she is longing to see him but he don't know how to reach her. Very naive maxi started to believe that story because she wanted it to be true so badly, she didn't want her name to be part of the used list she wanted to be loved by someone. From early child hood Maxi suffered from abandonment issues so this took her back to her childhood trauma and she really needed this to work out for her. One cold night maxi snagged out again to go look for Roy at the night where they met on her arrival the club bouncer did not want her to enter because of the way she was dressed so she had no choice to stood outside the club until it was done. She was literally shivering because she only had on her pj's and her night gown with slippers she forgot to put own warmer clothes. At her surprise Roy came out drunk but she didn't expect him to come out with a women in his arms kissing and that broke Maxi's heart to pieces she called out his name but Roy only gave her one look and kept on walking with the women kissing in his neck. Roy is this how you are going to treat me after I gave you my all, so now I'm nothing to you and who is that women. Roy turned back and said "stop nagging why are you here? Who told you to come? Not me so blame your stupid self for coming here. Look at you did you really think you were that special to me I'm Roy the finest man alive and everyone wants a piece of me and guess what mamma I have to keep everyone happy so just get lost". After saying that Roy kept on walking away in the dark. Maxi didn't know what to do next because she was hoping that everything Nickey warned her of wasn't true but here she saw it with her own eyes and heard every word he spoke clearly. There and then Maxi decided that she will book a doctors appointment the next day so that she can go for a full check up and she hopes that the pregnancy test will be negative so that she can put Roy and everything that happened behind her. She was crying all the way home. Luckily when she arrived at home everyone was still asleep and she could go to bed and pretend that nothing happened that evening but the whole scene kept on playing off in her head over and over again. It took a while before she could fall asleep she cried for hours into her pillow because she was afraid that her uncle and aunt would hear her crying, she felt as if she's not worthy of finding happiness and that she failed herself but eventually she dosed off and slept.
