ELOISE- He said nothing as we crossed the lake of bliss. I had bucked severally trying to fall off his hands, but his grip on me was firm, unable to be broken by my weak legs. The location he was taking me to was unknown as he didn’t care to speak about it to me. I had groaned, pouted, and made some irritating sounds, but that didn’t make him drop me; he was Impenetrable. “Walk in.” He said as he dropped me before a large mansion. It was rare to see mansions in the realm; only the richest and strongest wolf leaders had access to such. He had brought me to the forbidden Saber Pack, in which we had been warned never to run into no matter the crisis. The tales had it that they were the strongest werewolves in existence, having unimaginable power. “Can I just take a piss?” I say trying to work my way out. “You don’t smell of tension or irritation. That wouldn’t work on me. “ He bellowed, pushing me with his index finger. I almost tripped, but I got hold of myself early enough, using the door as a support system. “Your highness.” I tilted my head, the sight of maidens bowing as I rose to my feet. They were scared, shaking in their boots as they gazed at me. “She’s truly the one. The eye proves it.” A lady walks in, her hair white and messy. In her hand stood a staff with a skull at the top. “You must be mistaken…” I chuckled, turning to leave. “And where do you think you’re going?” He raised his eyebrows, waiting for me to reply. “I’m not supposed to be here. Let’s get going.” I stuttered, pulling on his arms. “This is where you’re needed, princess.” Princess? Had this guy gone nuts, or was he just some cringe-ass nigga who found fun in pranking ladies? His eyes said otherwise, but I cared less; I was getting out of here alive! “You’re not leaving, Princess. You’re home now.” A smirk appears on his lips as he blocks me with his arm. “I’ll bite your ear off if you try such.” I threatened. “Try it if you can.” His lips twitched as he watched my eyes glow. He wasn’t scared a bit; he had sniffed my status from a mile away. I grabbed him, my fangs penetrating his neck the next minute. He didn’t groan nor was he bothered; instead, he lifted me off the floor, carrying me into the mansion. “Your highness!” They greeted once more, their heads lowered at their average height. After shaking me up and making me all dizzy, he drops me on a sofa, taking his seat opposite me. He wipes off the blood on his neck with clothes, his well-sculpted abs coming into view. He was truly astonishing. “Welcome back, princess.” A lady in all white came in, the skull-made staff in her hands. She had white hairs, white eyelids, and white eye strokes, and judging from the combination, her wolf must be white. “The name is…” “Eloise Saber, brought up in the full moon pack from the age of 5 by her foster father, John Caldwell, who passed away three years later. I know you.” I staggered back, staring at her white eyes. There was nothing to appraise about her; she was full of mysteries. My stomach had begun to tie knots, my heart thumping loud. She had the scent of an Alpha; she was truly powerful, and I couldn’t try anything stupid. “My name is Sierra, priestess of the Saber Pack.” She bowed her head down. I bowed almost immediately, scared I would be hit by the unexpected. She stared at him right after, a strong force suddenly pinning me down. He walked towards me, grabbing my gown by the top, and ripping it to the bottom. I squealed, but it wasn’t enough to get anyone’s attention. He placed his hand on my boobs, which were held properly by my brassiere, taking it down a bit. “She has it.” He said. The force suddenly went loose, my hands given their freedom back. I grab the ripped part of my gown, pulling them back together as I try to cover my bosom. “After all these years, you’re finally back home.” Tears rolled down the lady’s cheeks as she walked towards me. I staggered back, scared of her strong aura. She placed her hand on her head and my head, and I felt something in me leap in excitement. My body was familiar with her, and so were my instincts. My eyes, which were deep red, began to glow; the mansion layouts suddenly imprinted in my head. It seemed like lost memories returning. “I promised your mother I would bring you back home safely. Thanks to Theodore, I’ve been able to keep my promise.” She gazed at the man behind her who didn’t care about whatever we were doing. He was literally cutting his nails like we weren’t even there. “I remember now; I’ve been here before.” I said as her hands leave my head. “Is this place my home?” She nodded in the affirmative, tears rolling down her cheeks. She hugged me abruptly, cuddling me like I was leaving anytime soon. “You’re just like your mother, Hazel Saber, Lycan queen of the Saber Pack.” “My mother?” “This mansion, this pack—they’re your inheritance, Eloise. You’re the daughter of the most prestigious Alpha clan, the Sabers, and all this, including that punk behind me, belongs to you.” She let out. “I’m really the Lycan princess?” My face went from a twisted frown to a smile in an instant. “The sword symbol imprinted along with the wolf on your boobs symbolizes that. It appears when a member of the Saber turns 20.” “Can I get moving now? After all, little princess is back in her comfy chair.” The nonchalant man said with a plain face. “Who exactly is this? Is he like my brother or something?” I asked. My curiosity had been piqued ever since he had saved me and acted like I never existed. “Theodore here is your Beta. You’ll be seeing him quite often from now on.” He held up a grin, the one that explained the words on his lips. “See you later, Princess he said and then he was gone.
