THE BLOOD PRINCE

In a world where magic dominates and is everything, there is a large kingdom located at the East. This kingdom is called Roppongi. Roppongi is heavily blessed with a nice landscape and abundance of Mana. Mana is the source of magic. Roppongi is divided into three realms. The Haitani realm where the rich and most powerful dwell. The Haitani realm contains nobles and strong mages. The next realm is Deliora. Deliora consists of average mages and classes of persons. The next realm is the Agaton. Filled with poor and helpless and also has weak concentration of Mana. Discrimination was the order of the day as dwellers in the Haitani despised those in Deliora and Deliora did likewise to those in Agaton. ***********"""**" Deep down in the Agaton realm, a small village called Entoni a lady was seen in the outskirts sewing fine linen. Her name is Elenora. Elenora looked like a young woman in her early twenties. Her beauty and elegance was mesmerizing. Not only was she beautiful but was also nice and friendly. "Hey there Elle, can you watch over my daughter, I have customers to attend to" her neighbor Clarisse asked. "Oh sure, come inside Darna" She beckoned on the little girl to enter her shed. Darna smiled as she entered the shed. "Aunt Elenora" "Yes, darling" "When I become stronger, I'll take you and mama to the Haitani realm" Darna said with smile and determination written on her face. "I'm looking forward to that sweetie" Elenora said as she patted Darna on her short blonde hair. Darna helped Elenora in her sewing. Everyone loved Elenora. Some men were even making advances at her but she decided saying she wasn't ready until Borrick, a soldier working in the Palace of King Andragoras II captured her heart. Borrick was actually from the Agaton realm, Hage village to be precise but he fought his way through determination and focus till he joined one of the magic guilds. The magic guilds are different squads consisting of mages of different strength and battle experience. There are 15 magic guilds. Borrick happened to be in the BLACK DRAGONS. This time he was posted to Entoni village to help in catching some bandits who were causing trouble. Apparently Elenora happened to be their victim. "Hey beautiful, where are you headed?" The leader of the bandits asked with a mischievous smile on his face. "None of your business junk" she retorted Elenora was know for being bold and blunt. She always said the truth not minding how the person felt. "You sure have a blunt mouth " one of the bandits said as he clenched his fist to land a punch on her face. "Stop right there!!" A voice was heard from behind. A man wearing a black cloak stood there. It was Borrick. " How despicable can you be, raising your hands on a woman?!" He added "Get lost you trash, you're disrupting our fun" one of said looking annoyed. "No leave him, let's add him to the game" the leader said. "Ice magic, diamond dust" Ice crystals form a blast and one of them bandits sends it to Borrick "Flame magic, dragon's fist" Flame covers Borrick's hands and he punches through the blast The bandits were stupefied. The bandit who released the spell was considered the strongest, only that he was the most foolish among them cause he can easily be deceived. "This is the end" "Flame magic, Spiral Lance" Flame circles engulf the bandits and it blasts them . All bandits were knocked out cold. "Consider yourself lucky, I went easy on you" Borrick then turned to Elenora " Are you alright?" "I'm fine, thanks a lot" Elenora replied "By the way my name's Borrick" "Mines' Elenora" And there a story begins. The duo became fond of each other. Borrick started collecting only missions concerning Entoni and Hage villages so that he can have enough time to be with Elenora. "You've never shown me your.magic, why is that?" Borrick asked "Because I don't know my magic. You see,.my parents died when I was still tender so I lived with my grandma, that's where I got this sewing craft from. I never practiced magic in my entire life" Elenora replied "And are you okay with that?" "Yes, to an extent. You know I still need to protect myself when the need arises" "Why did you say to an extent" Borrick asked "Because if I had known how to use magic, maybe I would have been able to defend myself from those bandits and I wouldn't have met u. Besides majority of mages from Deliora and Haitani realms are arrogant and rude towards the mages in Agaton realm. One of the reasons why I continued in our relationship was when I found out you are from Hage and and that you're from a guild in Haitani. At least you have a legit job doing to protect citizens despite status" Elenora stated. "I love you so much Elenora" "I love you too, Borrick-chan" "Borrick-chan?" He asked "Because you're my Borrick of course" she smiled at him. As time passed by, they got married and Elenora is heavily pregnant. "I want the child to be a boy" Elenora said "Why love?" Borrick asked "Because our child will be just like you" Elenora was due to deliver, she decided to give birth to her child in Entoni so she had to leave for Entoni as she was residing in Hage. They did not follow the normal route to Entoni because they felt it would be stressful for Elenora so they followed a shortcut. On their way going, they encountered a group of people. "Stop don't yet know you're trespassing on the plains of Eden Zero?" A guard who was watching on the road said. As Borrick heard Eden Zero, he began freezing nervous. "What's wrong , honey?" "Elenora, no matter where happens, don't come out of the carriage" Borrick instructed. Apparently, the Eden Zero were a group of dark mages who desired to dominate over Roppongi. "I am Klein, please let us go to the neighboring village, my wife is due" Borrick pleaded. "Alright, you may pass" the guard said. As Borrick turned to leave, the guard noticed the crest on his loincloth. "Wait a minute, you're from the Black Dragons" "Oh s**t, I've been caught" The guard alerted the other members who were in that location. "What do we do with him, let's kill him" Meanwhile Elenora was in labour inside the carriage, the maid Borrick appointed was with her and tried helping her. "Flame Magic, Spiral Lance" "Oh sorry, that's not gonna work on us" one of Eden Zero said as he released the same spell. Borrick was cornered. They began attacking him. Elenora has given to a boy, The baby had a pitch black hair like Borrick. she smiled as she called him Kurona. She felt relieved for some moment until she started feeling pains again. She beared the pain as she looked through the window of the carriage and saw Borrick was about to be beheaded. "Wait!!" She screamed as she ran out of the carriage, not minding the pain she was in. "Please, spare my husband" she begged. "Elle, I told you to stay inside" The leader of the team didn't listen to her plea as he advanced to cut Borrick's head with an axe. Elenora eyes looked red with anger and rage. Immediately, her Mana began to burst out. She was emitting pitch red Mana. "What kind of Mana is this? It looks exactly like the color of blood" a guard said "Elenora you---" "Yes, because it's blood magic, no doubt about it" the leader said with fear running down his spine. "Blood Art Magic, Blood Vines" Vines made out of blood emerged as it pierced through the body of many. "I begged you to leave my husband but you refused, you're heartless" More blood Vines emerged as Elenora said these words. "Amazing, I can feel the ecstasy" a voice was heard from behind. A man wearing a red cloak stood there, smiling. "W-Who are you?" Borrick asked. The man walked to Elenora and knelt before her. "I came to pay my respects to the blood queen" the man answered. "Th-The blood queen!!" Borrick exclaimed. Elenora was dumbfounded. How can she be the blood queen? "Spatial Magic, Fallen Gate" A door suddenly appeared which when opened, led to another dimension. "Shall we, my queen? "Wait a minute, you can't just come from nowhere to take my wife" Borrick protested. "Silence you lowly human!!, Know your place" "Word Magic, World Soul" A dark aura emerged from the man on cloak. "Kneel" Immediately, Borrick felt a strong pressure that brought him to his knees. "Prostrate" Another pressure engulfed Borrick as he lay flat on the ground. "Stopp!!" "I can only stop of you follow me" "Alright then" Elenora followed him. "Don't do this Elenora" "I have to so that I can keep you and our son safe. He's inside the carriage. His name is Kurona" Elenora smiled as she passed through the door.qpvy.... Tears flowed down his eyes as he watched Elenora leave. He blamed himself for his lack of strength. He then hurried back to the carriage and carried the baby in his arms. "Welcome to the world Kurona"
