I don’t know why I am even doing this, that man's craziness must have rubbed off on me.
The door opened to show the young daughter I saw earlier, she looked around the same age as my eldest son.
“Hi, my name is Maggie. I gave Richard a ride home earlier and I had a feeling that I needed to check on things, he didn’t look in the best condition when I dropped him off.” I quickly said as she looked confused.
She nodded to me, “My name is Addi, please come in.” She said as she opened the door fully and let me past her.
I smiled at Addi, she seemed like a good polite kid. I walked in to see the others who had arrived with Addi along with Richard and a petite woman who I am guessing is his wife.
