Chapter 7

Cino

            The entire night was filled with her screaming my name and me calling for mercy.  We went from the bed to the shower to the floor to the sink to the wall and back to the bed.  As much as I gave to her, she gave back.

 By morning we both had passed out in the middle of the bed.  I awakened to the bright ass sun beaming in my face.  I rubbed my eyes and focused enough to see Ramona lying face down in the middle of the bed.  I smiled listening to her snoring.  I looked at her feet lying beside my face. 

I gently kissed her ankles. She flinched a little but didn’t wake up.  I licked her foot to her toes and devoured her toes.  She let out a sexy moan and finally turned her head towards me.  I sucked her toes while she rubbed her eyes to wake up.  I turned her on her back, and she smiled at me.  I felt so aroused watching her smile at me. 

“Good morning.”  She said crawling towards my arousal. “Good morning.”  I replied returning the smile.  She kissed the tip sending chills throughout my body.  Please God, if this is a dream, do not let me wake up!  She worked me up and down the bed with her mouth before I couldn’t take it anymore.  I pulled her on top of me and slammed her drenched lips on my erection.  We both moaned out in pleasure.  She stared at me and smirked which kind of scared me.

  I learned every time she did that one of us was going to lose their mind and more than likely it was me.  What are you doing?  I thought watching her prop herself on her feet.  She then turned backwards very carefully keeping me inside her.  Oh my!  I watched her juicy ass bonce up and down slowly.  I sucked in air and let it out in a moan.  She looked over her shoulder and smirked at me again.

  “Baby what,” Before I could finish my sentence she leaned backwards and wrapped her arms around my neck to help her keep her position.  Her lips then gently bit and sucked my neck while her hips rode me to ecstasy.  All I could do was hold onto her and release my morning load inside her.  A very high pitch moan escaped from me surprising us both.  She released me and turned and looked at me.

 “What was that?”  “I don’t know!”  We both laughed.  “I didn’t know your voice could get that high.”  She laughed.  “s**t me either.”  I pulled her back on top of me facing me and kissed her. 

“You know you’re probably pregnant right?” I asked kissing her.  She smiled.  “Probably.”  “Are you going to give me a son?”  “I will do my best.”  I hugged her tighter and laid down with her.  “What are we going to name him?”  “Calin.”  “Okay not bad.  He will be our second born.”  “Who’s our first born?”  “Caleb.”  “Okay, what about our daughter?”  “I don’t know, what do you think?”  “How about Raelyn.”  “I like that.”  She kissed my nose. 

She laid in my arms sleepily staring into my eyes.  “Please don’t hurt me.”  She said drifting back to sleep.  I stared at her trying to focus on her through my fatigue. I had no intention of hurting her.  As far as I was concerned no one else mattered anymore.  I just wanted her. 

“I will do my best.”  That was the last thing I said before we both passed out.

Ramona

            That was the moment we became inseparable.  We spent every moment with each other.  I had never been that connected to someone in my life.  At times it scared me, but I didn’t let it stop my happiness. I felt as if I would always be this happy with Cino next to me. 

            It was now two weeks later.  I was at work getting ready to go into a procedure.  I gathered all of my documents and turned to flee into the room, but a man at the glass door caught my eye.  I smiled at Cino who was smiling at me and watching my every move.  I quickly walked to the door and opened it. 

As soon as it opened his lips caught mine and wrestled them against the wall.  I felt his strong hands on my waist holding me into him.  A few moments later he finally let me go so we could breathe.  “Hey.” He said panting into me staring into my eyes.  “Hey.”  “Are you running late?”  He asked.

 I nodded my head and reached up to kiss him again but was interrupted by the door to the procedure room opening.  “Ramona I’m ready!”  Called Dr. Nicholai.

 He was my favorite doctor to work with.  He took me under his wing and taught me as much as he could.

 I looked at Cino who was gently shoving me towards the room.  “Baby your papers.”  I looked back at the papers in his hand he was holding to me.  I took them and disappeared into the room. 

            I smiled at Dr. Nicholai who was about to begin.  We were removing a Nexplanon from someone’s arm.  It was one of my favorite procedures.  I watched him stand there and look at the patient’s arm before he looked at me and smiled.  “Are you ready?”  His light blue eyes sparkled with excitement.  I nodded my head and passed him the betadine.  He shook his head at me and stood there staring at me and then the arm.  My mouth dropped open.  “You want me to do it?”  He nodded his head smiling at me.  He stepped to the side so he would assist me.  I shook my shock and excitement away and stepped into his place.

 “Make me look good.  I made you look like the best.”  I looked back at the arm.  I put my gloves on and began.

 I palpated for the device first.  When I found it, I marked the beginning with a sharpie.  Next, I cleaned her arm with the betadine.  I used three swabs starting inward and working outward in a circular motion.  I then grabbed my needle with lidocaine and injected it just barely under the skin and moved it along the device.  I glanced at my patient who was grunting a little.  “It will be over in a second sweetie I promise.”  She nodded her head and looked away.  I finished injecting the medication and passed the syringe to Dr. Nicholai.  He discarded it in the sharps container as I grabbed the scalpel.  I carefully made a tiny incision where I marked with the sharpie.  Blood oozed out and Dr. Nicholai dabbed it away.  I then squeezed and shifted the device towards the opening.  I saw the tip trying to pierce through the inner layer of skin, so I used the scalpel to help it.  Once the tip was peeking through the skin freely, Dr. Nicholai took the scalpel from me and I grabbed my forceps.  I grabbed the tip of the device and pulled it out her arm.  Dr. Nicholai dabbed and held pressure to the wound as I held the device to the paper ruler to measure it to make sure it was all there.  Satisfied I discarded both on my tray and used sterile strips to close the wound.  After that I placed a band aid over the strips and used alcohol to clean the betadine off.  I then wrapped her arm with a gauze bandage and taped it closed.

 I looked back at Dr. Nicholai who was smiling at me with admiration.  “That’s it.”  He said making the patient look at us.  “That’s it?”  “Yep.”  He answered.  “Oh my God that didn’t hurt and it was so quick!”  “I told you she was the best.”  “Oh my God!  Thank you so much!”  She jumped off the table and hugged us.  Dr. Nicholai handed her the papers and began talking to her about her follow up instructions.

 I stood there so proud and happy.  That was my very first solo procedure.  I tried my hardest to hold my tears of joy in and I did.  The patient walked out, and Dr. Nicholai looked back at me and smiled.  “Good job.”  He said before walking out the room and going home.

I fell over holding my knees letting my emotions burst out of me.  My tears fell to the floor, my entire body trembled with excitement, my heart was beating out of my chest.  I tried to hold it to contain it but that didn’t work at all. 

I looked up at Cino who was standing in the doorway smiling at me.  “Congratulations baby.” I nodded my head unable to speak.  I finally took a few deep breaths and stood up straight. I looked at Cino who was walking in the room looking at the mess on the tray.

 “What did you do?”  He asked looking back at me smiling.  “I took a birth control device out, by myself, start to finish.”  “Dam baby!  Look at you!  Dr. Williamson!”  “RIGHT!”  We laughed.  “That’s big!”  He said watching me clean the room.  When I was done, I set the alarm and we fled the building.

 I sat next to Cino and he drove us home where I couldn’t wait to tell my sisters.  We all decide to go out and celebrate.  We all got dressed and piled into Carline’s expedition and drove to one of my favorite restaurants called Texas Roadhouse.  It was a steak house.  We ordered our food and ate while enjoying each other’s company.  It was just like at home we all laughed and clowned around the entire time.

I looked beside me at Cino who was in deep conversation with Damien, Derek and Jay.  It looked like they were talking about sports.  I couldn’t help but notice the woman walking in and sitting about two tables down. She was so wrapped into her date she didn’t notice us at all.  I glance beside me at Cino, who was now sitting there staring at the woman. 

I watched his complexion change to bright red and flushed.  He clenched his jaw together and his jugular vein began throbbing like it was going to explode.  I gently laid my hand on top of his and held his hand.

 He looked down at our hands for a moment.  His glance met mine after a while.  I gave him a half of smile.  He didn’t smile back.  Instead he looked at me with pleading eyes.  This look meant get him out of here before we all went to jail.  I nodded my head and we stood up together. 

“ARE YOU f*****g KIDDING ME?”  Melissa yelled stopping him in his tracks. “Baby, ignore her.”  I begged pulling him towards the door.  “YOUR b***h ASS REALLY FOLLOWING ME JUST TO FLAUNT THIS b***h IN MY FACE!”

 I closed my eyes as he snatched away from me and turned to face her.  “CONGRADULATIONS b***h ON f*****g MY HUSBAND!  YOU SHOULD BE VERY PROUD YOU SHAMELESS SLUT!  NEWS FLASH b***h, IF IT WAS GOOD, HE WOULDN’T BE STOCKING ME NOW!”

 I spun around in disbelief.  No, this b***h didn’t.  I watched Cino walk over and grab her arm and drag her out the back of the restaurant.  She cursed and caused a scene the entire way.  I looked at my family who turned away from Cino and Melissa to me.  I turned and walked out the front.
