15 Sterling strolled along North Miami beach and entered a small café known for its great breakfast. Javier Sosa was smoking a Cuban cigar on the patio. Javier looked like a figure from Miami Vice, with slicked-backed hair, black sunglasses, and a green shirt with white pants. “Sterling, how are you? It’s great to see you.
