Chapter TenThe filtered light through the decorator blinds caused dancing shapes on the bedroom walls. I sat on the edge of the bed, wishing the entire day was over. It should have been a happy day. I was receiving my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology with Honors. I repeated to myself that today should be a day to rejoice. It wasn’t.
