Derek's POV
My warriors my got room done in record time.It was deep on the mountain side in my basement with a bed and acouple cells to keep the girls in. I was not fully sure how many I would find there so I made multiple. It was finally time to head to the stupid Luna ceremony. If it wasn't for trying to find my Luna Queen I wouldn't go. My Beta had all my stuff packed and ready and we drove the 3 hours to silver star pack.
When we finally arrived I was quite surprised as the pack was bigger than I imagined but homey too. Tall Red oak trees as far the eye can see this place was kind of beautiful. We pull up to the pack house which had a woodsy look. It had 3 floors which was not as big as mine but as I come from one of the oldest packs I guess that makes sense. It's like silver star pack was a baby pack compared to mine.
I was greeted at the door by the alpha and soon to be Luna
"Welcome Alpha Derek. I am alpha Dustin and we have prepared a room for you. I see you didn't bring a plus 1 is your luna not coming?" Dustin asked
"No I unfortunately don't have my Luna yet but I'm hoping to meet her here" I said
"What makes you think she is here?"he asked
"I don't think she is here but I'm hoping she is" I said
"Well ok then welcome and make your self at home" he said and I walked inside.
Everyone started to arrive and I see my old friend Kevin, who is the alpha of gold crest pack, and walked over
"Hello stranger" I said
"Derek what a surprise. so what kinda of plan did you come up with this time?" he asked
"Well I guess you will find out soon enough" I said
"Figured you were never one to share things with anyone" he said
"Nope and still don't" I said with a chuckle.
We talked and mingled for alittle while when a girl came up to me
"Would you like a drink alpha?" she asked and when I saw her I was alittle taken back by her beauty.
She had red hair and green eyes and she was a catch. This might be the girl I am looking for and if she is than I guess I didn't really need to search to hard
"Yes thank...wow are you a beauty. I love your red hair...oh and green eyes to match...May I ask you a question girl?" i asked
"of course alpha" she said
"Do you have a mate" i asked
"Ummm....no alpha I dont" she said
"Would you like to be a luna?" i asked
"I'm just an orphan omega I would not make a good luna" she said
"oh an orphan I'm sorry to hear that. If I may ask what happend?" i asked
"I'm not sure they died when I was 3...I'm sorry alpha but I have to keep serving the other guest" and she walked away.
I never got to ask her, her name but that won't matter as I can ask her later.
I mind linked Devon
"I need you to watch the servent girl with the red hair. I beleave she may be the woman I have been looking for" I said
"Yes alpha" he said and I cut off my mind link.
I mind linked Trevor
"Where are you?" I asked
"I'm standing by the front door waiting your order sir" he said
"Ok good keep and eye out for a red haired servent girl and mind link me when you see her" I said and cut off the mind link.
After the ceremony they invited everyone to go enjoy a bonfire out back. About an hour later I get a mind link from Trevor
"Alpha, I found the red head servent girl" he said
"ok where?" I asked
"She is sitting by the bonfire helping kids make s'mores" he said
"ok" I said and cut off the link.
I started walking over to the girl when Dustin and his new Luna beat me there so I decided to go talk with kevin. After a few minutes i saw Dustin grab her arm and push her on the ground. She got up and went inside so I mind link Devon
"Devon I need you to follow her and let me know where she goes please" I said
"Yes alpha" he said and I left the mind link open and waited for him to respond
"Alpha she is in the kitchen" he said
"Ok good. Is she alone?"I asked
"Yes alpha" he said
"Even better get the car ready were leaving in 5 minutes" I said and cut off the mind link.
I found her in the kitchen crying "My dear what is wrong? Why are you crying?" i asked
"I'm fine alpha I'm sorry" she said and tried to walk away.
I saw a frying pan on the counter and hit her in the head with it and she passed out
" Devon, Trevor come to the kitchen and hurry" I said.
We got her tied up and in the back seat if the car when she woke up in a panic
"Well looks like your awake good. My name is Derek and I'm the alpha of blood moon pack. Your coming home with me and since you are an orphan with no mate I guess I don't have to worry about someone finding you now will I" I said and she passed out again. Good quiet ride home and to find out if this is the Luna Queen.
