Condtiton for the authenticity of wudu
*Conditions for the Validity of Wudu*
1. Intention: Based on the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) statement: "Actions are only by intentions." It is not permissible to verbalize this intention, as it was not transmitted from the Prophet.
2. Saying Bismillah (the name of God), based on the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) statement: "There is no prayer for one who does not perform Wudu, and there is no Wudu for one who does not mention the name of God over it."
Allama Ad-Dahlawi said: This is based on the view that saying Bismillah is a pillar or a condition. It is possible that the meaning is that ablution is not complete, but I do not accept such an interpretation, as it is a far-fetched interpretation that contradicts the wording.

Lastly; *THE EXPLANATION 📜*
*CONDITIONS FOR THE AUTHENTICITY OF WUDU (ABLUTION)*
- *The Intention (Meaning that you intend to do Ablution for the sake of observing salaat);* Because of the sayings of our beloved Prophet *(peace be upon him)* that says; "Indeed all actions are judged by it's intentions"...
*Note 📝;* It is not prescribed to pronounce your intention because it is not narrated from the Prophet *(peace be upon him)* that he used to pronounce his intentions when he is about to start his Ablution.
- *At-Tasimiyah (which means saying Bismillaah before you start doing your Ablution);* Because of the sayings of our beloved Prophet *(peace be upon him)* that says; *The prayer of a person who does not perform an ablution is not valid, and the ablution of a person who does not mention the name of Allah (in the beginning) is not valid.*
*Allama Al-Dahlawi said (concerning his understanding about the mentioned hadeeth);* It indicates that At-Tasimiyah *(meaning; saying Bismillaah before starting Ablution)* is a pillar or condition for the authenticity of wudu *(Ablution)*, and it is possible that the meaning does not complete Ablution only, but I do not like it. That is, the interpretation, for it is from the distant interpretation, which refers to the violation of the wording.
*In summary ✍🏾;* in this passage sheik is telling us that saying Bismillaah in the beginning of Ablution is a condition for the authenticity of wudu (Ablution).
