"I’m on my way now," I replied.
The moment I arrived, I took a seat near the window, my eyes scanning the streets outside as I waited.
Not long after, Magnus entered, a laptop bag slung over his shoulder.
He set the laptop down and pulled out a USB drive.
"Let’s see what’s on this thing," Magnus muttered, inserting it into his laptop.
I watched the screen, my mind replaying Caine’s last words in the video.
"I left something for you, Ryder."
Caine had always cared about me—even back when we were together in Omicron Cell. He didn’t just leave this behind for anyone.
He left it for me.
That meant… the password could only be one thing.
I typed in my name.
