“Hold on a minute, you two know each other?” I blurted with wide eyes. My mum nodded with a smug expression while seating on another island chair and Eva looked angrier than before. “How?” I managed to ask after a while of looking at them glaring at each other. “Remember me telling you about the other child I had at sixteen?” I nodded and my mum continued, “That girl’s Eva here.” My jaw dropped dramatically as I stared at Eva then my mom. I was Eva’s older sister. That was screwed up in so many ways. “That’s not possible,” I stammered with a frown. “Well Eva ran away from home about a year ago and well she was a stripper for a couple of months before becoming a maid here which from the looks of things didn’t go very well, she’s pregnant with the ex boss’s son.
