Did it qualify as dawdling or as getting ready slowly? Mike checked all the weapons they had. Three 9mm, and one Tavor SAR bullpup assault rifle with a couple hundred rounds of ammunition total. In a duffle bag plus a backpack, they had some minimal extra clothing, all the medical supplies that Maggie had brought with her from the clinic, Mike’s laptop, which had nothing critical on it but might prove useful if it took significantly longer to get to Dreamland than they hoped.
