Dawn of the Blood Wolf

I couldn't protect them. I should have been able to. But I couldn't. There was so much chaos surrounding me. All I could think about was how I didnt want them in the middle of all this. To see me in such a state. With labored breathing I looked around. I saw her tiny figure weaving in-between fighting wolves. She pause for a moment to look around. That is when I saw her head turn to me. My vision blurred and my eyes started to water. As I know this was the last time she would look upon her mother. Even though what they used on me made it hard to breath, I willed myself to speak. Taking a deep breath I yelled. "Run! Take your siblings and find... find fe....lix" My breathing faultered as I screamed. pain ripping through my chest. I could heal faster than a regular wolf. I was a blood wolf. But I was rendered powerless. The blow would be fatal. Looking up in time to see the terror on her face. As she just saw everything. I knew I couldn't yell anymore. We had been fighting for a while. There was something wet that hit my face. Looking in the direction I saw him. His arm covered in crimson. He held up something round. My sight was failing, my breathing growing even more shallow. I linked her for the last time. While using the last ounce of strength to give her a small push forward. "RUN!"
