The Jade Moon Prophecy

The power of the Full Taurus Blue moon rains down on the packlands. Everyone can feel the energy. Wolves tramp all around, excited for the pack run that is to come later this eve. It has been rumored that tonight is the night that the Jade wolves will be born. The ones who will unite the worlds and end the evil that plagues the land. It’s a legend that has been passed down for thirty thousand years. No one quite knows how it originated or where it came from. All they do know is it took the life of Mother Selene. It is what made her immortal, a goddess. Her immortality as a god, would transcend space and time. Her lineage would gain powerful gifts. Her successors would be blessed, and she would decide from the land of the beyond, until the time came for her three identical triplet High Queens to be born. The pack house is bustling with noise, games and laughter. The omegas are running about preparing the dinner feast and decorating the halls. Cars continue to arrive in a variety of styles. Everyone is full of chatter and offering their opinions on how the night will go. Many of the omegas question if it is even possible, that such an event could actually take place. They chat amongst themselves, as they set up the palace. You can hear the Alphas and Luna’s in attendance, whispering among themselves also curious to see if the prophecy is of any truth. Out of the blue the Luna IsaBell’s screams boomed loudly throughout the pack house, “AHHHHHHHHHH” echoed throughout the dark halls; catching everyone off guard. The Luna’s dear friend and Beta female, Chelsea dashed off in the direction of the Luna’s screams. “AHHHHHH” The Luna’s screams bellowed through the hallways again. Chelsea picks up her pace, quickly running down the north bay corridor towards the sounds of the Luna. After just a minute or two of running, Chelsea turns left down the North West Corridor and discovered the Luna keeled over holding her enormous belly- a bright light radiating around her. Her long dark browne hair sways against her face. Her forehead beads with sweat and her plump red lips part again to reveal yet another painful scream “AHHHHHHHH!!! f**k, I’m going to kill him when he arrives!!!!!” She screams as she clutches her stomach. Chelsea quickly runs to the Luna’s side, wrapping her left arm under that of the Luna’s right arm to steady her. “Bell, I’m here.” Chelsea reassures the Luna, just as Luna Bell screams “BRING ME DANIEL NOW!!!” Chelsea quickly exposes her neck in submission at the command of her Luna and dearest friend as she tries to mindlink her Alpha. Chelsea screams into the Alpha mindlink, “Please, Alpha Daniel, Luna Bell is in labor and needs you now, Please.” Chelsea begged the Alpha, despite knowing damn well he wasn’t going to answer her. She started to tremble, unsure how to address what she had seen to her Luna. It was unlike him to block out his Luna and his Betas. “I’m so sorry Luna, I have tried to call out to the Alpha, but he has me blocked.” Chelsea admits in defeat, as a single tear slips down her cheek. She knew all too well what the Alpha was doing. She had seen him slide into the room of an unmated wolf just moments before her Luna and friend started screaming in agony. The Shewolf was just a lowly Omega. It honestly surprised Chelsea to see her Alpha going into another shewolf's room, let alone a pathetic Omegas. He used to truly be in awe of his wife and Luna. She shrugged it off, as another scream escaped the lips of Luna Bell. "I’ll have to remember to mention this to Thomas." She thought to herself as she assisted the Luna. “Bell, let me get you to the pack hospital and we can work on getting you comfortable while we try to get Alpha Daniel here to witness this miraculous event.“ Chelsea tried to reassure her, as they started to make their way towards the pack hospital. Just as they were about to open the door to leave the pack house, Beta Thomas, Chelsea’s Mate, appeared to their left. “Luna Bell, what is going on? Are you okay?” He asks, concern evident in his voice. “She is in labor.” Chelsea quickly responds, her eyes rolling at the clearly oblivious question. “Help me get her to the pack hospital, and for bloody hell try to reach Alpha Daniel. He’s blocking me out.” She finishes, as she helps to prop up Luna Bell as another contraction comes on “AHHHHHHHHHHHH!” Luna Bell screams, as Chelsea finishes addressing her mate. "Right of course.” He says, feeling embarrassed. He quickly scoops up the Luna and takes off towards the Pack Hospital with Chelsea right on his heels. As they enter the pack hospital, Beta Thomas screams for a nurse. A gorgeous red-haired nurse with stunning ocean blue eyes and freckles carefully placed by the Goddess herself, approaches them and gestures for the Beta and his mate to follow her. They walk a short distance before arriving in birthing suite eleven. The room is large, with light pink wall paint, white porcelain tile on the floor, a king-sized birthing bed, some machines and a bright blue yoga ball resting in the far left corner. “Please place the Luna on the bed and step outside the room, Beta Thomas.” the beautiful nurse gently commands. “I cannot leave the Luna unattended. I cannot reach the Alpha, so I will stay to ensure the safety of the Luna and the pups.” Beta Thomas responds. Before the nurse can answer him, Chelsea replies “Thomas, it is okay. I will not let any harm come to our Luna or her pups.” she says with all seriousness, though she shakes her head slightly at the ignorance of her Alpha. Beta Thomas reluctantly turns and leaves the room, closing the door behind him, right after giving the Luna a sad look. After being placed gently on the birthing bed, Luna Bell quietly closes her eyes, as yet another contraction makes its way to the surface. She focuses on her mate, Alpha Daniels, and pleads with him through the mind link to come to her aid. “Please Daniel. I need you now more than ever.” She sobs into the mindlink, only for it to be returned with complete and utter silence. “Why won’t he answer me?” She screams out, just as another contraction courses through her body. Her plump lips part and a scream echoes throughout the halls of the pack hospital, the pictures on the walls start shaking. “He won’t f*****g answer me” She scream sobs to no one in particular. “I’m so sorry Luna Bell.” the red-haired nurse responds. “I will try to have the doctor reach out to him, after I finish getting you checked in.” she finishes, as her eyes glaze over, in an attempt to ask the Doctor to reach the Alpha. After a few moments, her eyes returned to normal. “Luna, I need to get you into a gown and get you connected to the monitor, check your vitals and get you connected to an IV.” the nurse states, “Forgive me, my name is Rachel.” she adds at the end, her cheeks flushed, embarrassed she forgot to introduce herself to the Luna. The red-haired nurse, now known as Rachel, quickly gets to work, checking the Luna’s blood pressure, temperature, and attaching the contraction monitor. Just as she finishes, another woman walks in. This women has platinum blonde hair down to the back of her knees, tightly pulled back in two French braids and stands 6 feet, 4 inches tall- in her human form. “Good Evening, I am Dr. Olsen. Luna Bell, I am going to check how dilated you are.” she stated, putting on a pair of bright blue hospital gloves she grabbed from the box on the wall next to the doorframe. She then slowly lifts up the Luna’s Hospital gown, exposing the Luna and her lady parts. Slowly, she inserts a few fingers to determine if the Luna is dilated enough to push. Much to her surprise, the Luna is only dilated two centimeters. “Luna, I do apologize, but we could be here for a while. You are only 2cms long. We have to be at 10cm before we can push.” She sighs. “I know you’re waiting on the Alpha. I hope he arrives before your labor speeds up.” She finishes, as she stands up, brushing the Luna’s hair off of her forehead and out of her eyes. Dr. Olsen then makes her way to the sink, removes her gloves and washes her hands, before turning towards the door and walking out. The red-haired nurse turned to the Luna, “I have you all set up. Please push this button.” she points to a red button with a nurse on it, “should you need anything from me and I will be right here.” she finishes, as she places a bracelet on the Luna’s hand, before turning around and joining her coworker on the other side of the door.
