“Emma, push yourself. I want to be able to see your fastest speed, I know you can out do Travis, I want to see it,” Mike shouted from the side lines. Astrid and I know he is just egging me on but if I really want to train to be the best then I need to show him what I am really capable of. I increase my speed slowly so that I pass Travis and then I kick it into overdrive, and I start running laps around him. I stop paying attention to how many laps I do and just let go enjoying the feeling that I get from letting loose and just running the way I used to with Charlie and Uncle Adam. The feeling of being free to be myself after letting Astrid free last night is amazing, truly indescribable.
