Mike’s POV I walked in to the building where Caleb was being held with vengeance on my mind. It went against how us angels were meant to be but I could not stand by and do nothing after what he did to Lily. “Michael” I heard Gabriel call my name as he walked towards me. “How is Lily’s condition? “ “She’s doing better and the doctor told me her vitals looked good. She was getting quite overwhelmed so the doctor injected her IV line with a sedative.” “I’m glad to hear it, she’s a strong woman.
