Chapter 17

*Kat's POV*

   I woke up feeling different. I tried to roll over but couldn't, I looked down to see what was stopping me from getting up. I seen that it was Lucas' arm wrapped around my waist. I looked up to see him laying there in peace.

  His lips are slightly parted. He looks so handsome, I slowly removed his arm from my waist trying my hardest not to wake him up. I finally got up and went into the bathroom. I was shocked to see the state I was in. My hair is a mess and my lips are swollen. 

  I noticed on my neck that Lucas marked me. I stood there smiling like an i***t that I didn't hear the bathroom door open. "My mark looks beautiful in you my love." Lucas said. I jumped up and he chuckled at me. "Let's take a shower then get ready for the day that i have planned." I nodded and stripped from my clothes climbing in the shower. 

  After our shower I got dressed in a light blue sun dress. I brushed through my red locks and put it in a messy bun. I went downstairs to find Lucas in the kitchen. I walked up behind him and wrapped my arms around his waist. 

"What are you making?" I asked him. He turned his head and placed a gentle kiss on my forehead. "I am making you pancakes, sausage, bacon, eggs, french toast..." I looked at him like he grew three heads. "And who is going to eat all of this?" I asked cutting him off.

  He threw his head back laughing. All of a sudden he stopped. "Babe is everything alright?" I asked placing a hand on his shoulder. That seemed to snap him out of it. "Kat I need you to listen and listen closely..." I nodded my head getting nervous.

*Lucas' POV*

   "I need you to go into our room there is a safe room that I had installed when I found you. And I need you to stay there until I get back." I looked at her and she slowly nodded her head wanting to say something but decided against it. 

While I was laughing Rocco mind-linked me saying that someone broke into the warehouse. I quickly got dressed and got into my car and drove to the warehouse. It was about a 20 minute drive, when i pulled up i seen that there was about ten of my men standing outside.

"Rocco what the hell is going on?" I asked him getting out of my car. "Boss we cought the man that broke in but he wont say anything until he talks to you." Rocco said. I nodded my head and we went inside. 

"Well, well, well if it isn't the big bad wolf." He said with a sinister laugh. I was confused because i don't recognize him. "Who the hell are you and why were you trying to break into my warehouse." 

He gave a hallow chuckle. "You really don't remember me. Honestly that is the best thing in the world." I am still confused until it hit me. No!! NO!!! It can't be him.
