After the first three years of attending Harlow High (the premier high school for producing the greatest witches and warlocks of the last two centuries), Lynn O’Doyle was more than excited to be starting her Senior Year. To think she can go out in the world and help care for the supernatural in less than a year’s time has her hoping it will fly by in no time. Lynn has seen the persecution other supernatural beings have faced over the years and hopes to help in someway after graduation. On the first day of Ethics of the Supernatural, she is sat next to her least favorite person in school, Nate Monroe. Nate is in a different grouping than Lynn and the two have never seen eye to eye or get along in the slightest. There are too many differences between the two for that to ever change any time soon.Lynn was most excited for this class in particular for her Senior Year and now she has to spend the year next to her top tormentor? To make matters worse, Professor Jenkins made the two of them partners on all assignments for the entire year. The Professor wouldn’t listen to reason either, telling Lynn she will need to work soon enough with people she doesn’t care for in the real world, so no partner changes will be accepted. So Lynn must work with Nate or fail the most important class of her Senior Year.Nate couldn’t believe it, of course he was paired with her for the year. After years of trying to avoid Lynn, because of her annoying optimism, her inconceivable family background and her gorgeous smile, Nate now needs to sit next to and work with her everyday. Will Nate and Lynn vanquish each other before year’s end? Or will their hatred turn into a different emotion?
