Xander’s POV…..
After I met Cami, I got to the warehouse in no time, I headed in to find Dante waiting for me, he landed some hours ago, it was a little after three in the morning, and I was glad that he came with mom, I don’t think I am ready to see her but I know she is somewhere safe.
“Why do you look unhappy, what got under your ass.” Dante asked as I settled on my seat.
“Tell me what happened with my father.” I stated.
“He got upset when I came to take your mom, and he would rather not let me, you know I got what I wanted at the end of the day and I got it, and he said he will be there for the funeral and that is nothing you can do about it, and you need to stop ignoring his calls because he has something very important he wants to talk to you about.” Dante explained.
