The Alphas Return

1003 Words
Williams walked out of the airport with his entourage. There was a girl following closely behind and acting affectionately. Williams didn't seem too interested in fooling around with the woman, but she didn't seem to give any sign of giving up. Williams simply let her be. It had been four years since he left the country, but still, he couldn't help but think of the event six years ago. The reason he had rejected Lisa then was because of the lady behind her, whom his father betrothed to him. It was during that time that Lisa became pregnant. Although he knew that the child belonged to him, he couldn't accept it for fear of being disowned by his father and losing the Alpha position. But sometimes he couldn't help but wonder whether he had made a huge mistake, abandoning an unborn child. The woman beside him was Carissa, the daughter of an Alpha from a powerful pack. They were almost as powerful as the Oslon East pack, which is the pack that Williams belongs to. The two engagements could be considered very political. The two packs had been at loggerheads with each other without any benefit, and thus an alliance was the only option. Williams's father wouldn't hear a word of Williams trying to back out from the engagement. "Williams, you are going to be the new Alpha now, and soon we will be married, and I will be your Luna, yet you don't look happy," Carissa whined as she held Williams' arm. Williams's father had died, which is the main reason he came back, and also to take the Alpha position as the only heir. Williams looked at her, he gave a small reassuring smile that didn't reach his eyes. "Of course, I am happy. It's just that I'm very sad about my father's death." Carissa frowned. She had a few spies in the East Oslon pack and knew very clearly that Williams detested his father very much, and would even be glad he died. He was clearly lying. She gave a displeased look but hid it from Williams. After thinking for a while, she patted Williams and coyly said to him, "It's been hard on you." Williams nodded and turned away. Carissa's face immediately had a wicked look as she thought of something. She seemed to be formulating a plan. A convoy pulled up in front of them, the passenger door of the middle car opened, and a young man dressed in a flashy suit came out and immediately opened the back seat. Williams walked in with Carissa holding her hands. He sat comfortably. The convoy started moving. Williams turned to Carissa, "I heard some rogue wolves have formed a pack and are wreaking havoc in Oslon." "Hmph! What pack? It's just a group of bandits, nothing much," Carissa declared. Williams nodded. After driving for twenty minutes, the convoy stopped in front of a beautiful mansion. Williams and his entourage alighted from the cars and walked towards the mansion. Inside the mansion, it was decorated beautifully with a huge chandelier in the middle of the hall. The hall was quite large and covered the whole ground floor of the mansion. Men and women in corporate wear filled the hall. Once Williams entered the hall, all the noises in the hall subsided. One of the people present, a Beta wolf, shouted, "All hail to the Alpha!" The rest shouted in unison, "All hail!" The coronation started, and Williams was conferred the Alpha title. But still, he couldn't help but feel an emptiness deep inside his soul. **Williams lay on the bed with his eyes closed, but he wasn't actually sleeping. There was a knock on the door.** "Come in," he called out. The door opened, and Carissa walked in. She was wearing a very short dress with only a singlet and was braless. "You haven't slept, seems like you have been waiting for me," her seductive voice rang out. Williams looked at her and sat up, "Carissa, it's not time for this; we are not yet married," he said, looking straight at her. "What nonsense are you talking about?" Carissa said as she waved her hand, "it doesn't matter when we do it; what matters is that we formed a bond between us now." "We can still form the bond without s*x," Williams strongly refused. "I don't agree with you," Carissa said as she pounced on him, kissing him like a pro; she gave him a very fierce and passionate kiss. Williams felt his head vibrating as he started giving in, but for some reason, the thought of Lisa came to his head as he remembered their first kiss; it was far better than this... His train of thought was disturbed as he felt a hand on his manhood. For no reason, the thought of Lisa made him feel guilty, and he immediately pulled Carissa out of the kiss and removed her hand from his manhood. "It's not yet time," he said as he stood up and walked out of the room. Carissa looked frustrated, as she watched his back disappear, she thought for a while, an evil glint flashed in her eyes as she clenched her fist. **Lisa woke up with a headache. She had a bad dream at night but didn't seem to recall it. She frowned; it seems like she isn't going to work today, but upon recalling how her boss's son has been making things hard for her, she couldn't help but to think otherwise. He might decide to make things hard for her. She stood groggily and went inside the washroom to brush her teeth. After brushing, she headed straight for the kids' rooms. She had decided that she would stay, so she would be taking care of them today by herself. Inside the room, the kids were still sleeping lightly. She walked towards them, "Wake up, sleepyheads," she said as she shook them lightly. "Mom, what time is it?" Travis mumbled as he groggily woke up.**
