With this good grades,you can be able to go far in life...infact you are a top scorer.
The teacher was effortlessly praising and I didn't like one bit of it. I nervously looked back, and I saw all my classmates boring daggers at me.If looks could kill,I would have probably been dead by now.
Miss can I leave now? I asked hoping to sound desperate cause I was afraid of what would happen next.
She dismissed me absent mildly and continued blabbing about how good I was good to one teacher that entered the class.
I was walking alone in a hallway,when some group of girls blocked my path.I didn't like where this was headed.
You think you are special because you are now the teachers pet huh! Becca who seems to be the leader of them , glared at me with envy.
Becca and I don't really get along because, according to rumors,she was the best student before I came and took over her spot.
"Look at me when I'm talking dummy."She said dragging my hair.
"I'm sorry..."I whimpered like a baby.I was seven for crying out loud.
"I hate it when they praise you...and the fact that I'm seeing your face makes me wanna puke." She said.
"Such a wimp,no wonder you are the teachers pet."Her minions said and they both high-fived.
I was cornered again,no hope for escape. I was in trouble no doubt!
"Such a cry baby,no can do loser..."she said mocking me before pushing me hard to the floor. I crashed on the floor with a mighty thud,I looked at my leg as blood trickled down my leg and sobbed
Zaria...fling the content that's inside the bag.Zaria hesitated but the look Becca gave her was enough for her to fling my bag away.

I kept turning my head and body when I woke up breathing heavily.
Another bad night mare again and this time it's not getting any better.
I touched my face and it was wet with my tears.I went to the toilet,washed my face and went outside to my room balcony to take fresh air since it was five thirty in the morning and today was Friday,meaning that I had class to attend before the weekend started.
What you saw earlier wasn't a dream,it was real, and it has been eating me up because I haven't told anyone not even my brother. I hate bullying and most of all I hate bullies.So did I made a mistake trying to help Marcus...definitely not!. I went downstairs to get a glass of water.

I had already done everything that would make me to be late for school today because we were still working on a science project.I just hope that my sister doesn't waste my time like the other day.
My phone buzzed and I opened it and smiled.It was Arthur,a new friend that I made in school.He was friendly,smart and most importantly sassy.I chuckled at the last part.

Alright! he said before the call ended.
I went downstairs and saw my family having breakfast as usual.
"Buenos días,familia!" I said casually.
"Morning m'ijo."Abuela said.
"Morning Max,are you going to have breakfast."Mom asked.
"Not really,maybe some pancakeswill do."I said stuffing some inside my mouth.
"If you wanna take my pancake, you would have nicely ask,instead of shoving my pancake in your mouth."I looked to see Daniella giving me angry glares.
"Sorry sis...I was just helping you to finish your food so that we can go to school on time."I said.
''Sharing is caring!" Abuela says, looking at daniella.
"I'm outside...I said,going out to see Arthur waiting for me.
"Hi dude"I said.
"Are you ready?"He said.
''Yes...just waiting for Daniella''...
"Ok..."
Daniella came out looking kind of grumpy.Was it perhaps,because of the pancake that I took from her.
Hi Daniella! Arthur said smiling.I know that he was trying his best to be on her good side.
"Hi!" Daniella plainly said.
"I'm Arthur...Max has told me a lot about you.''
"Oh really...that's good to hear." she said glancing at me, before entering the back seat.
"Seems like someone is not in a good mood today."Arhur said whispering to my ear.
"I guess" I said as we both entered the car and drove off to school.
Rosa(Mama's pov)
I finished dressing up as I looked at the time.Nine minutes to ten. I was in the dresser room arranging my hair when Ma (Abuela )entered inside.
"Where are you "Mija? asks,looking at me surprisingly.
"Mama I will tell you this but dint tell the twins okay.''I clasped my hand together.
"I'm not a tattle tale mija!"She said frowning her face.
"I know mama but sometimes,your over excitement can make you to reveal a lot of things."I said remembering ,how many times,mama have ruined surprises.
"Ok...but this time I'm serious."Abuela said looking at me.
"Okay...I have been considering what Daniella said...and I want to give it a try." I said giving a hint.
Abuela furrowed her eyebrows in confusion before gasping." You want to look for a suitor Rosa?"
"No mama! I looked at her in terror. "I'm t talking about the job."I said.
"Is it a chef..."abuela said beaming.
"Not close but a pastry chef...It means someone that prepares desserts and baked goods."I explained.
"That's so good daughter,at last all the people will taste your delicious food."Abuela said smiling at me.
"Thanks mama."I said hugging her.
"But you know you need to look good right."Abuela says looking at my clothes disapprovingly.
"But I spent hours just to look for this dress."I lamented.
"Even the hair is a mess...she nodded her head...I wonder if you are looking for a job as a chef or a maid. "She said looking at me. Abuela can be to blunt sometimes.
"This is all I could see..."
Then let me search for you.She said,going through my wardrobe.
This was going to be a long day.
In school
Daniella pov
I wasn't in the mood to share banters with anybody, probably because Max ate my pancakes or maybe because of the dream that I had this morning.
I got down of the car, not forgetting to murmur goodbye to him and his friend before finding my way to class.
"Hi Daniella!"Emily said smiling cheerfully.
"I'm good". I said forcing a smile.
She took a good look at.me"Are you sure...you seem to be downcasted or is it your brother doing?"
"I just woke up at the wrong side of the bed today."At least I wasn't lying about that.
"Okay...but you do know that today there is an after club once school closes."She said.
"Yeah..."
"I'm worried that you haven't chosen any club...or do you want to perhaps join the drama club."She said with a gleam.
"I can't act Emily...I stated." Why are they students everywhere.
"It's seems that the cheerleaders and the acapella wanna give us a performance."
"The what..."I yelled cause of the noise that the students were making in the hall way.
"Come let's go outside to watch the performance" she said dragging me outside.
People were gathered as everywhere was silence.
"Hello everyone".A girl said yelling through the microphone. Everyone screamed loudly.
"That's Evory, the head girl of this school."Emily said.
"Okay ! I nodded.
" Win or lose we are team mate...now this is only gonna happen if we work together as teammate...so who's with me?She said.
"We are!!!Everyone yelled simultaneously.
Let the show begin she said with a curtsy before leaving the stage.Everywhere was silent.

I was in awe on how they combined both the soprano,alto,tenor and bass together.This people were gifted.
As if they were on cue,they stopped singing and a group of cheerleader with their flashy smile and pom pom came to the center of the stage.A hip hop kind of song was played that matched with the song that they were singing earlier.

An eagle mascot came outside and danced with the cheerleaders.This is awesome! I whispered yelled at.Emily

"I didn't bring my p.e clothes."

"Let's get changed."Emily said dragging me to the girls changing room.
After P.E
Remind me never to play dodge balls again." I said, drinking my water.

"By the way...are we still going to the library."I inquired.
"I would have gone, but Mrs Tabby wants me to be in her office...right now! " She said looking at her wristwatch.
"I guess I will go solo then".I said walking alone.
"I will make it up to YOUUUUUUUUU."She said yelling after me.
"Do you have your library card."The library attendant said.
"Yeah",I said showing her my card.
"Seen it...the history section is in the second role by your left."She pointed.
"Thank ! I said making my way to the section.They are sure a lot of books here and I think I may pay a visit to it later.
Don't judge me;I love reading. I finished collecting the books that I was looking for.Darn they were quite heavy,
Emily better make it up for me. I grunted carrying the books.I must have bumped into someone because the books fell from my hands.
"I'm sorry I wasn't looking at where I was going..."

I froze.There was only one person who called me that name. I looked up to see
the person that made my stay in school miserable.The only girl that made me had sleepless night and also made me hate bullies
